and about the ngk....how many km do they last?

during these rainy days in delhi.....when it rains overnight my bike requires 2-3 attempts before it starts...so would getting ngk may help?
          Thanks for the information..

I stay in East Delhi...my near SVC is in Jhilmil Industrial area (Near Dilshad Garden) - Himgiri Automobiles....now days due to "Kawariyas" one route has been blocked from UP border to ISBT....also these "kawariyas" used to abuse peoples...damages vehicles which comes there way...so i am avoiding it till 8th July...

Anyway, my office is in Safdurjung Area...thats why i am asking for an SVC near it...i need to check my rear wheel/disc...feeling very tight while riding ...also need to check parts for my insurance cover...

I call up Khanna automobiles...they have shifted there SVC to Mayapuri.....i think is approx. 13 KM from safdurjung...

About the life of NGK plug..i am not sure on this...but life must be higher...you can find it at NGK

          • The past 3 weeks have been quite rainy here in Hyderabad. Whenever I started riding in the morning after a heavy rain in the night, the indicator alarm wouldn't work properly for the first 3-4 kms, eventually it starts working normally .

Yesterday the alarm didn't work at all.
I think water is going under the seat into the rear panel, where the alarm is present.

My bike is parked below a small shade which protects it from sun, but while raining, the bike gets wet due to winds..

Did anyone else face the same problem? What could be the solution?

One more thing. How does HH Goodlife scheme work?
From variable Bhps to a constant 17.6 Bhp.

Goodlife fetches you an 5% (or it is 7%) discount on spares/services...movies ticket...been given by dealer...or so...get points on the amount you paid for service or purchase anything...100 Rs = 1point.

Points can then be redeemed of there items like 2500 points = LED torch...

Can you let me know more about the pilot bulb...manufacture name...are they works fine after installing...

Also, as you have changed the head light bulb to Philips one...is it a white or blue light...do we need to add relay?

Pilot bulbs are those which are located at either side of your headlight( look like eyes of the bike )

As I chose Philips CrystalVision, I got those pilot lamps complementary( they come free with crystalvision if you can notice in pic I hv posted.)

Both Head light and pilot bulbs are working fine.

Its a pure white light. NO need to add relay if u are going for 60/55. You need them in case of higher ones(100/90 But that would harm reflector).

Yesterday I went to Fort piont SVC for Malfunction indicator issue. This time Kevin worked on my bike n he said that Air Intake Temperature sensor was loose and it has been fixed now

Kevin also said that HID is better upgrade for headlight but only problem is it will void the warranty on electrical parts which is not the case with 60/55 bulb.

He also suggested me to go for Good HID( not Chinese one) once warranty period is over.

                    • MRP is 900 for a pair of H4 and pilot.

Bargain and you could get it in much less. I got them for 800. BTW I have one in spare as I had to purchase a pair. But "delhi bahut door hai"

YES, Pilot bulbs are sold separately.

huhhh..."delhi dur hai..." well extra bulb can be later used in case when it fused out...but these bulbs normally don't fused easily...

do you need to open fairing to change pilot and headlight bulb...if not then how do you do it?

                        • No need to open the full fairing to access the headlight bulb.

They just open the covers around the meter console(one with matt black finish) and access the headlight bulb. We have got six screws there on those covers.

Its not the visor, there is a black plastic covering around the meter. You gotta remove those.

Actually speaking performance bulbs like Osram Nightbreaker/Philips Crystal vision has marginally less life than the ordinary lamps.

means the black plastic covering from fairing to headlight...right?
