Check the tire pressure, else get the bike serviced.

Sorry for you. As manan has given u all prices. You can always go for insurance claim but compare both costs i.e. insurance and without insurance. Cos as per my knowledge you have to pay some charge when you go for claim. If that is close to cost without insurance then dont go for claim.

@all I think this tyre pressure issue is universal with all ZMRs. Many people having this issue including me.

                • @veryhiphop, sad to hear about the accident. Is your leg ok now? And regarding your bike, get it repaired in the SVC and let us know the status of the parts availability.

Manan, you might till now have a chart for all the spare parts of the ZMR

Upper fairing for 1750 and lower for 550. So if I want to completely replace my bike's fairing then it will cost 2300/-??

I've been maintaining 33ps in the front tyre and 35 in the rear. Is this pressure ok? The manual says 30-30 but the 'hawa-walas' recommend atleast 40. So I took the average!
On average, I get my tyre pressure checked every 10 days. Usually I find the tyre pressure more or less the same.
From variable Bhps to a constant 17.6 Bhp.

It ok in winter but during summer and rainy season it's risky.

It might burst in summer, due to expansion and might slip in rainy season, as it will make the surface of the tire harder due to high pressure.

I would suggest u to stay away from insurance as its all fiber parts. Insurance people will give you only 50% on fiber parts and by the time u get the claim money ull be pissed off.

Benefits of not claiming insurance - Your premium money will be reduced next year (no claim bonus). Peace of mind.

                            PROBABLY FOR 1 side

Recommended tire pressure is 29/29 for single and 29/33 with pillion. Try to maintain same. Increasing the pressure will lessen ur road grip.

Front tyre pressure should be just 29.. rear 33..keep the same and use the petrol pump to fill air from digital gauges and not local tyre shops
