Hey guys,
I ride a Red ZMR.

So far too good. Done 1000 Kms. 1st servicing done. I had told the service station guys to tight clutch and front brakes a bit. They forgot to do what i said. I noticed it later. So if i tighten the clutch and front brakes by myself will warranty void? And I'm experiencing medium vibrations @ 6000+ RPM @ fairing, is this normal.

BTW how was ur experience in the NIKHI motors wrt the way they handle the bike ?

Its a ball bearing set under u r handle for free movement of handle and vibs of fork. Basically if this is gone ull feel the handle tight or fork moves or get noise like tak tak when u go over pot hole etc.

How will you tighten the brake ??

What actually did they replace, and what was its cost ?

I guess it was done in warranty. Probably the fuel pump failure.

@all: My Machine Update: 4700 done so far no big issues. Mileage 40kmpl (+/-2), little bit of vibrations experienced after 2nd service, will get it fixed in the 3rd service may be some loose bolt.... every thing else just fabulous!

@sathyajit: hey there, are the vibrations too serious or just a hint of them?

@fast_ferocious : As i said they replaced the fuel pump,the filter kind of thing inside the faring near the gear lever....Yes the changed it free of cost under warranty but the guy was telling it costs 10000/-...I think maintaining the bike after 3yrs warranty is going to be at tough job...

And the service people a Nikki Motors have a good knowledge about the bike this is what i noticed and they handle the bike little roughly but if ur infront of them and u bring it ti service manager notice it'll be handled nicely...Contact the Supervisor Pranav or Muniswamy....

its actually a tube tyre . but you can get it tubeless by extra 150 rs
n its cost is 2750 .

Guys, I recently had my second service done at Fort Point. Mr. Yogesh there who is senior there told me that soon HH will be conducting an event where many LOCAL mechanics will be called for being familiar with ZMR, its parts, various mechanisms etc.
Those mechs will be offered free snacks that day

My update done 2800kms 2nd service done.

Guys I want to fit 55w philips h4 bulb( BlueVision or vision plus) but couldnt get it here in mumbai. I searched the each n every shop at MILAN subway, santacruz but nobody has it. Guys from mumbai help

try any car shop at lamington road/milan subway..look for philips...u can also get it at any car shop

i think they should 1st conduct event for their own mechanics

coz in mahalaxmi SVC ....only 1 mech can Handel ZMR

Thanx bro will try tomorrow at andheri near talwalkars. Any suggestion for bulb I mean shud I go for white or stick with yellow one??

there's this mechanic friend of mine in bangalore.. he underwent that training.. said it was informative..
