i wish to know what exactly vibration dampers do? i also tighted these in my ZMA-R and noticed improvement in that bike also.

                  • Polymer Coating...

Hi Friends actually i saw some poster of polymer coating somewhere and found some details on the net i was very much interested do get my bike coated. But the problem was the fellow who did polymer coating was in Tirvandrum, kerala which is 700kms from here so somehow i convinced him to send his technician to blore to coat my bike and he agreed and since i had to bear the transportation costs and all i had to pay 1300rs But it is worth every rupee believe me.....See the pics from the video....

                            • Clutch problem

Guys ...my clutch is to tight ....cant go beyond 3000Rpm [ if i go then engine starts roaring ]
i went to mahalaxmi fort point - they say ...the whole clutch plate has been burnt ....total cost Rs 1950 [ clutch plate + cable + labour + oil + packing ]
i thought if i am paying that much
i should do the job with expert [kevin]
so i went to mahim fortpoint - the guy over their took a long ride ....checked oil & smelled it .....
and told me that the clutch cable is the problem & clutch plate is probably OK .....As they didn't had the cable ....i went back home

my ZMR has did only 5000km !
i dont think the clutch plate has n burnt
what you guys think ....what is the problem

As per my knowledge, for hard clutch issue, replacing the clutch cable will do the work. For my pulsar SVC used to lubricate the entire clutch cable from inside( By putting some oil from one end and ...)

But since we are premium bike owner, we cannot ask them to lubricate n all.

My suggestion to is to first try changing the clutch cable, then see the clutch play for one or two days. If still not satisfied then go for clutch plate replacement.
