iam talking about clutch cable ,as i noticed the problem in first 1500KM it self , i informed them they said they will replce it as soon as they get one ,& even i told them will not pay for it they said they will replace undr warrantlyOriginally posted by veryhiphop View PostComment

i went to mahalaxmi fort point - they say ...the whole clutch plate has been burnt ....total cost Rs 1950 [ clutch plate + cable + labour + oil + packing ]
i thought if i am paying that much
i should do the job with expert [kevin]
so i went to mahim fortpoint - the guy over their took a long ride ....checked oil & smelled it .....
and told me that the clutch cable is the problem & clutch plate is probably OK .....As they didn't had the cable ....i went back home
my ZMR has did only 5000km !
i dont think the clutch plate has n burnt
what you guys think ....what is the problem
clutch plate wont go in 5000kms, its the clutch cable....try using wd40 and oil or oil and petrol to clean the cable...happens in rains...with water entryM3:15Comment

Noise in Front Disc !!!
Yesterday while returning Home from Office observed a nagging noise while applying front Discs.
It happened every time I applied the Brakes.
Though no Noise today morning while coming to Office from Home.
Have done around 1850
kms till today. Oil level is OK.
Friends any idea about this issue?34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

just go to any mechanic..tell him to remove the clutch cable and clean it using petrol and oil...let petrol and oil mixture move through the cable and do this for afew mins...ur clutch cable will be clean ..free ...just tryOriginally posted by manan View PostM3:15Comment

I am getting a sound from front disk from day 1. Still my problem has not been solved. SVC has informed that small stone particles /dust enters disk and thus creates sound. This is absent when the disk is wet.Dream the impossible because dreams do come true !

Hi Bro even i'm getting sound from my rear disk i had informed the SVC people during 2nd service they had cleaned it and till i reached home it was ok but again it has started.The SVC guy has ordered new brake pads since they were out of stock i'm waiting for the same for more than 20days....Originally posted by fast_ferocious View PostComment

dude...just check whether the disc gets hot after the ride....if yes...then just ask d svc guys to widen it a bit ( i think it can be done with a lil tweek with a screw driver) ...coz i had tht problem with my previous pulsar...but yeah one more thing...its just a temporary solution till u get ur pad....coz..the thing will start touching ur disc again after a few days!!...and if it happens again with ur new brake pad also...get ur wheel alignment checked....most prolly it'll be good only...but still no chances with d babe!!!Originally posted by vinayakpda View PostRegards-
