i would second Satyajit on this.. whenever i give bike for service..i stay back and take bike back..never leave it with them....

I too have to wait for 1 month for the ZMR Horns..HH should look into the spares issue...

both the bikes and spares have long waiting time, now its nearly one year(after three months) since the bike launched and it was not expected from hero honda, its kinda so annoying waiting for bike/spare part.

@satyajitrc and worrisomebear, its no point waiting there for hours together. Whenever I went inside to see how the work is done on the bike, the mechanics are like "aap andar room me baithiye ham laakar dedenge" (Please sit in the customer lounge, we'll bring the bike to you as the work finishes.)

First one is Pratibha Motors in Wakad, I did my second one at Kundan Motors, Bavdhan. from which showroom have you bought it and how many servicing you have completed uptill now ?

Yes bro, this was required. The one mentioned above where i did my first one is heavily loaded ( crowded ) and they don't give sufficient time on the essentials. So did take this decision and to my surprise, the later mentioned above is not so heavily crowded and infact did satisfy me a lot.

I had a urgent work yesterday so did not wait in the SVC during my servicing else would had to take entire day leave. The results from the servicing are really satisfactory. The vibrations are reduced a lot, engine is much more refined. Earlier i use to feel that the engine is not responing properly as expected from 200+ bike and that punch was missing. I am now getting that feeling, + when i use to release the throttle, it use to behave in a manner for which I was not at all satisfied. I have driven it only 30 kms after the servicing lets see after 500 does that punch remains !

Rating to this SVC 3.5 / 5 while the one from where i bought it will rate 2 / 5.
