I was told by some bike modifier guy that removing the cat con is equivalent to a free flow. sorry for late...
As far as I rode my bike, i never experienced such a vibration no my handle in such a low rpm. I felt vibrations on handles only after 105 kmph in top gear. Sorry to hear this. You should consult with svc, i think. Even I am getting that slight noise between 2.5k to 3k rpm. Once it crosses that point its fine. Am not bothered about it. I feel its something coming from inside the meter. why Hero Honda takes this much time to provide spares? Everytime I enquire about the status, my service manager informs me that YOUR SPARES ARE ORDERED IN EMERGENCY, SO IT WILL COME SOON. But nothing happens...i think either Hero Honda should make a regional arrangement for spares supply, as they have got production units in almost all regions or the dealers should stock enough spares like fairings and all other than costly mechanical parts. Because mechanical are not expected to happen always. But for other parts, it may happen anytime. This is my fifth bike and I think this is the worst time, when I had waiting for a spares more than one week.... I think there re many here itself, who have waited for many weeks or a month for spares...
Think about riding a 150 cc pulsar classic or 135cc yamaha rx after long heavenly rides on zmr... So I am riding only for 18 kms a day for the last one and a half weeks...started riding a motorized cycle on a chetak classic.
Learned to accelerate on Y RX100&135.
Learned not to fall down, the patience to heal wound on knee and to ride long on a classic Pulsar 150(still running)&180.....

The red ZMR sticker on visor is made from foto available on HH website. You can take a print out of foto which is avail for downlaod and any sticker person can cut it out for u in the color u want
The R sticker set is available in market... the R sticker on the tank doesnt look bad..HH will defintely do some thing to the tank in the next launch of its upgraded zmr

who has put R sticker on tank ? how did ur friend put it..i mean some painter...R sticke set is avail with sticker shop near maratha mandir cinema buy for yellow
