Karizma ZMR ride report and first impressions

    hmmmm
    its now getting worse ..
    my zmr has scratches
    sticker r peeling off
    one rear part has color change
    a week back it had 9km done & yesterday is was showing zero !
    wat should i do ?....my delivery date is 15/jan ...help any1

    showroom guys told me that it had gone to service cuz sum bolt wer lose & weras service people say it has came for oil change

      my zmr had came on 16dec...but as my dad wanted delivery in 15jan..sio i m waiting ....yesterday i came to know tht mine zmr has came in my showroom ..so i rushed der but showroom people told tht its kept @ service
      n rest u no

        dont worry brother....just put it to notice to them.... the rear karizma sticker is peeling due to not laquering bike by HH...we need to tell them

          Dude, Its not their mistake. They've been ready to deliver it for so long now. Its you who didnt take it. U know the mentality of our desi svc guys. 'Superbike' dekhte hi lekar nikaljaate hain. lolz. Maybe they're using it. Bring the condition of your bike to the Showroom managers notice ASAP. Or else, you are the one who'll suffer.

          You can also try persuading your dad to get it earlier, by making him know that its not being taken care of!

            yes manan, u are taking too long time for taking the delievery, if the bike is available, then put pressure on the dealer and get the bike as soon as possible, otherwise things will go worsen.

              i wanted my bike b4 14dec
              but they got it on 16dec.
              according to my dad 14dec-14jan is not a good period to buy anything
              as my dad as bought me this bike so i cant tell them tht i want it now...
              n i also has asked the manager tht if they dont have any problem 2 keep my bike till 15jan
              he told its fine & he will wrap the whole bike with cover n keep it safe !
              now i m just waiting for tomorrow morning to meet tht manager

              i hope they replace the damage parts

                yeah hero honda people dont do lacquer coating on their bikes except for the tank.Lacquer helps prevent the paint from fading and the stickers from peeling.I have a red color zma-r 2008 model.I had asked the dealer that i want lacquer on my bike.He said hh doesnt do it.So i got it done from outside for rs 1200.Its been 2 yrs now and the paint and sticker is still intact :-)

                  i told exactly the same to manan..take it man...it was in mahim showroom and i know wen a black zmr was ther wat was hapening in showroom...people sitting chcking wat not....

                  infact the manager told me yday ..lots of public unnecessary coming to chck zmr so we moved the bike... by that time people had done scrataches i guess..which is sad

                        today had a feel of ZMR, could see red and black. Guys .... just fell in love at the first look. Yeah now that's final. ZMR is going to be my next bike. Looks really like a beast physically, Sounds great and so on .....

                        The only issue is they are quoting me min 3 months ( earlier was 2.5 months in initial discussion ) for White / Black. I will check tomorrow one more dealer who was quoting 1.5 months for Black. I will be booking White or black in this week.

                          great decision made.....i think u shud see various dealer around the city and opt the one which deleivers the bike in less waiting time.

                                Hi bro.I`m from Pune.Even i wanna buy the zmr..but 3 months waiting period is a lot of time.which dealer did u approach?Singh motors or pratham motors?./i`ll wait for 3 months and then book the zmr,then probably the showrooms will have ample zmr`s in stock and will provide immediate deliveries..and who knows in another 3 months it will be almost 6 months from the launch of the zmr in sept 2009 and knowing hh guys we might c a new sticker job on the zmr
