    Thanks a lot bro! So basically, i have to either change the rims or the swing arm. I quite like the 18" rims so i'm definitely not gonna change that. Changing Swing arm, again, doesnt sound good to me. Its better i go with a brand new stock shocks. But the problem mentioned there as the new shocks hitting the chain guard doesnt sound like a big issue to me. I might remove the chain guard if i manage to get a nice half cover for the chain like the one in the CBR.

I have no idea of how much it costs, or can it fit in, or will it be too stiff.. Because the 180 classic has an 18"rim while the laters have a 17"rim.

    U mean the one which comes with NS/AS?
    It wouldn't be of great help ,also its more stiffer than 180s ones
    I still think the one which comes stock is the best .still @lockheart can help you more on this

    Zorrik/wd40 is not meant to be used as a carb cleaner It is a penetrating lubricant. For cleaning carb use products from tribocor/cyclo/3m. Don't spary any of these through air box, open the carb lower bowl and spray it on jets.

    What oil are you using? the oil change is way too frequent. it should last for 2.5-3k km. Last time I changed after almost 5k km (too long span, I know), only 700ml oil came out.
    How to use the pidilite? My front also loses air faster compared to rear. I use 29-31 for pillion use or 29-29. But tyre seems to have faded at the centre more than the sides for both front and rear. Currently using shell ax5 20w50. It's mineral one though. Bike has become rough but I plan on keeping it for 2k this time.

    Change the rear suspension. It's the only way. Repairing it is not an option as it's too much hectic. About front suspension,change the suspension oil and your suspension will become responsive.

    Guys my 180 classics's suspension have worn out completely. The bike is wobbling even on patchy roads and I can feel the suspension not sprung properly even in its hardest setting. I'm thinking to try some kinda gas shocks? Any advise on if it will work out or not?

    I miss my P180 for sure.It was my 1st bike.This is probably the best looking bike after R15 V2.0 in my eyes.I had this bike for 15 months and drove 24848 Kms until i sold it.Now i own a 200AS but i still am subscribed for this thread as it brings back the memories.
