CBZ xtreme / Hunk

    First Long trip ADVICE!

    guys we all frnds are planning to drive around 400kms( 200+200) picnic.
    since all the other 3 bikes aka-karizma R, karizma ZMR and Yamaha Fazer ( all three bike complated above 10,000 kms) mine Bike is almost new done only 200kkms till todays evening.
    so i am bit concerned abt this trip.
    pls help and suggest what all precausions should i take in this complete trip.
    How many kilometers can i drive i one shot for new engine done 200 kms before taking rest.
    oil changed @ 125 kms total kns done=200 kms!
    Seat Covers are not yet available in local accesories shops and at dealor too so decided to stiched the custom seat cover.
    cloth + stiching labour costed me = Rs.200

      dude u can go no probs at all but try not to pull her behind 60kmph though u can go till 70-80 once a while till 1000kms.
      when my bike was new and done 200 kms i rode her 300kms in one shot from varanasi to lucknow and i pulled her to 110kmph twice for 2-3 seconds through the trip.
      speed thrills but kills if you dont have skills

        It would not be advisable to take your bike for this trip. Its definately tempting after buying a new bike but don't. And check what the manual says.
        First think you are special then work towards proving it.

              that means it uses soft compound isnt it??? means superior grip.....

                guys my friend's Hunk is returning him mileage figures below 40kmpl which according to me is quite low as my ZMR returns better average then that..is it normal with all you guys as well?

                    hey anush bhai pls suggest that wat kms should we run in one stresh without break for a new bike with only 200kms on the odo!

                      i too was in the same condition like you. i had to go for a 250kms trip & i took breaks after every 40-50kms....didnt have any problem though i never let my speedo needle cross 60kmph & you make sure to vary engine rpm...
