do they help in absorbing Vibration levels at high speed?

If ur using clipons you can adjust ur handle bar easily.... But when it comes to bar handles then you've got to switch to another bar if the current leverage doesnt suit you....

Yea there is. Just like an apache, but may be 10% of it in magnitude. I dont feel it nowadays unless I pay attention.

They do influence handling. I am using clip-on. Its about 5 inches lower than my stock handle bar. The result is that its not only lower but further so you lean more and gives more confidence especially while hitting the curves. Though it compromises comfort in long rides. Hence higher bars for cruisers/commuters.

                    • Running Update::350 kms

heya today i completed 350kms on the odo @ 10th day of the purchase!
i am falling in love with this bike with every km covered!
gear changing is still on harder side but beconing soft with every kms done on the odo.
Today i changed my engine oil again for the second time @ 350 kms(first oil chaged did @ 125 kms).
Fuel needle exactly in the middle of the Fuel Meter..
expected millage more than 45km/litre (Approx.).
Useing the foam grip on the handle hence i somehow feel more comforatble riding my bike for long distances ( aka 25km+) now.
still cant find the seat covers till date!
today at SVC saw some drop of oil leeking at Clutch cover, informed the mechanic and he suggest the oil seal change (Rs.20 part price) at the 1st free service.
any kind of enquiry and adivce are always welcomed!

Took test ride of FZ 16 after that, didn't give me the same excitement as old Xtreme gave me when I test drove it few weeks back. Will be test riding Dazzler in few days to finally decide upon which one to go for.

You said it. You replaced your stock handle with clip-ons resulting in a different rider geometry. And thats what accounts for the improved handling. What I was saying is that, when comparing normal and clip-on handles giving SIMILAR RIDER GEOMETRY, clip-ons have no substantial advantage over the other.

hey kalyan thanks for the pics again...!
cbz as a brand always attracts me to the fullest!
but kalyan plz take my advice-and dont take otherwise--remove that cover u using to cover the petrol tank.
i used the same for my Hero Honda Glomour, but it rather than protecting it from straches it fades the color of my petrol tank.

                              my personel opinion only...!
