    Welcome bro.
One question: How is your Type JA so new?Does Yamaha still make the JA version? I thought it was discontinued long ago and Grafitti took it's place.

You mean the 'Yamaha' Sticker on the engine cover? Yup,it will already be present on it when you buy it.
Make sure you bargain like hell before you buy these two parts.

Yup.They both will be there. Since body panel parts of Yamaha bikes are.........how should I put it.......'hot-swappable' . Hence they already have every sticker and print on them.(Atleast that's what I have seen)
My silver falcon was in black-red combo when I bought it for the chasis number had to sum up to be 7 or 5 (aaahh.....dad's good ol superstitions). I wanted it in silver so I told the Yamaha guys. They took out all the body panels and bolted all the silver panels in it's place. Tadaaa.......

he hee.. thats good news for my friend.

how ever i was also in the plan of bolting one of those on to my pulsar..

would have been a lot better without the stickers.
i would start off a brand war on my bike.
Pulsar on tank and heart. and yammy on the engine cover.

                      cheers

Well you will not be the first one to do that. People on the Honda Unicorn thread too were thinking of fitting the engine cover on the Uni and as I have told them:
Yes you can.But there's a problem. It costs Rs 1200/-. And in my opinion it's not a sensible investment considering that it will basically add something more to vibrate at high speeds.
You can of course go ahead and carry out the modification. The stickers should come off nicely.
Leave the 'Yamaha' sticker though for added fireworks.

nothing like a good rubber bushing to stop the vibes.
will experiment and let you know for sure.

                          and yea.
let me check out the second hand arena as well . hope i find one in decent enough shape. would cost way less.

                            hard side case

Have you guys fitted a hard side case? methinks it would be handy to carry tools, grocery etc. Post pictures if possible, to see how it is mounted.
Do you have Something like this from Studds or an even cooler looking one ?

Hell no.We are too young and too reckless to fit a thing like that.
A backpack is what you actually need. Stop commuting and start sport biking.
