    Re: Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S

My friend need some help with his FZS.
His bike need Rear tyre replacement and he is focusing specifically on Ceat Zoom Rad 140/60 R17 tyre as he is sick of stock tyre and avoiding MRF tyre because he is upset with stock tyre performance. Anybody knows how's Ceat tyre performs?? He perticularly wants Radial tyre only and not willing to compromise tyre profile (not upsizing or downsizing) for grip, stability, life span and cost also. Urgent help needed.
    Thanks in advance..

    How long it lasted. ?.

Did some research online to kill time. It's made in germany but no dealer list on website.

Price wise it's expensive to motul.

I had super hard gearbox, rough engine full of vibrations, unwillingness of engine to rev , power loss and what not, also i too had coin rattling sound, clutch lever vibrations [emoji23][emoji23]. All vanished like magic after completing 4.5k kilometers. Use shell 10w 40 if you're not satisfied but use motul at your own risk, many gixxer engines got seized due to using 7100, 10w 40 motul. I am researching on fz , I've heard that it's alloys are fragile. Is it true?
after hearing your ordeal i feel like i am lucky.. because if i had issues like you have mentioned.. i would've already taken yamaha to the court by now.. okay lets see what i do in next service..

i haven't see any issue with alloys yet.. i had a jerk in a pothole once at 40-50kmph once.. hasn't seem to have any effect on the alloys though

i agree.. i used to put 7100 in my rc390.. never had any issues
