Its not enough to know how to twist the throttle; you must have judgement to know when and where to do it.

I remember the pdi senior who came from the plant to train the guy at the showroom telling not to use high pressure gun for washing the bike at all... Pressure should be very less. Less than what you use for washing activa, unicorn etc. He said that there are sensors all over the bike :-P

            Thanks for the link buddy.

Arnob's review should be very fair one, he does not mind calling a spade a spade, and he rides his ZMA fast very fast. So guys waiting for a good review, you take Dr Arnob's review as a benchmark for your purchase.

PS :- I am yet to read the review though.

I am yet to calculate the mileage. using the full tank to full tank method so waiting to rack up some miles before refilling to get a worthy figure.

As far as riding in the traffic is concerned it is not at all heavy. You dont at all feel like you are riding 160+ kg bike. Feels much lighter than the Ninja.
It is a pure bliss riding in the traffic. An awesome daily commute bike.
Bybre brand is owned by brembo... bybre range is specially ment for bikes below 600cc
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

              • This is some info that I've found from other CBR forums. Posting it here so that it helps others.

This is the toolkit that's being given with the CBR in Malaysia. Is there any difference in what we are getting here?

                Putting the helmet lock.

                Side mount

                • here is an update of my CBR250 :- Today i got call from my dealer around 10.30 that from pune some Engg has come to inspect 1st lot ( yes ther were calling all cbr owners) so i met him and told him issue of my bike . So after some checks he went for lunch Lol...! after good 1/2 hr guy came and removed fuel tank to inspect exactly whts wrong with my bike after few mins the mech removed Spark Plug Cap and cleaned it with air ..and then refitted everything . Pushed self start and vroooommmm.....she came alive again and now bike was doing fine ( idling @ correct RPM 1500) . Did test ride and yep Power delivery ( which was hampered ) restored and bike felt relax . So came home happy had teat and again went down just to cross chk if bike is still running fine and to my surprise it didint issue is still there but thing is now its very rare like now its happening but its very lite and bike is not stalling . so immediately called ASS again and now they said that the will consult Honda TeQ head office and tommo few people are comming to my home for inspection.

My Conclusion is something is wrong with Spark Plug assembly and ignition coil. and it need to be replaced ASAP

GOOD thing was i got chance to chat with Honda Engg and he told me to ride Easy till 500 kms . As there is no Run-in procedure for this ..!

                  • Does this have a Side Stand ON indicator?? And whether the bike starts with the stand down??

Can the owners confirm? I read these things on an International forum. But forgot to check myself when I was doing the Test Ride.

                    • Guys.. Got my Red CBR today!! The bike is absolutely as my expectations.. No faults as such or the ones noted on other cbrs .. Rode it around 25kms..
So far.. Amazing.. I have a few issues.. But those are only me getting used to.. The bike is all fine.. No oil leak.. Temp ok.. Gearshifts smooth.. Clutch super silk.. Few things i found difficult were the rpm drops very quickly when you clutch..which i find difficult as i use a lot of clutch.. The bike is a delight on potholes..my sis as a pillion said "is this the same road we travel everyday on our pulsar??" takes bad roads with great ease.. Though nose dives a lot.. I dint expect but it does.. Braking is responsive and not over eager as my p180.. Dint take it above 5k rpm as run-in but the bikes character changes after 4k.. Once tempted i just pulled the throttle and the accelaration was more than i expected.. Looks great at night..esp the console.. There was a haar (garland) over the headlight but still the light was decent enough.. (i find pulsars light sufficient and this was definately better) the bike doesnt feel heavy when on it.. And me being just 5'6 the seat height height and leg reach is perfect.. As i still not adapted completely to this new riding position, i felt a slight pressure on my right palm.. But it was just on the right palm.. So would chech for alingnment tommorow..more impressions tommorow as i would be spendind my whole day with and for it tomorrow..

no pics taken as of now.. It was almost dark.. Will definately upload them tommorow..

hey...on my first tankful the cbr250 returned an avg of 28 kmpl, but this was during the run in period, so i hadnt revved the bike much...Honda claims the avg to be 37, but off coarse thats exaggerated...iam hoping that after the first couple of services it might go up a bit, probably 30-32....
