even after spending a lot for the spoke adjustment and truing, the bike still is horrible to ride.

is there ANY way i can fit tubeless wheels + alloys on this bike. i have been through more than my share of punctures on bangalore's horrible roads and any puncture on this bike at highway speeds is life-threatening and nothing less. the terrible wobbles don't help at low speeds either i asked around a lot of ASCs if Xtreme's 18-inchers fr disc + rr drum wheels + tires can be fitted but all said no and just have a no-can't-do approach towards impulse.

That's a sensible suggestion! can anyone tell me such a showroom in bangalore? for the work mentioned above. till now my experience with Rishi Motors has been sort of bad and Nidhi Motors Hosur are complete crooks, false billing, incorrect pricing of spares, no concept of hero goodlife discount, it's just pathetic. even after paying for a full service, every other thing is charged separately (though this should not happen as long as the motorcycle is in warranty, post-warranty labour charges may apply for something like brake pad change, but not until warranty gets over)
For the wobble as I said earlier it's not primarily a wobble, it's the dust which gets settled inside the drum shoe and it needs to be cleaned every 5k km with sandpaper.

If your bike is Sudetenland turning off, check spark plug and also check the tank it happens at times when water percolates and gets inside the carb.

5000Kms almost on the ODO. And the conesets have started to sound again...after i tightened it a week ago.

Tightening it got the sound vanished buts its back pretty quick now. 200kms from last tightening and the sounds back.

Is it time to get new ones or tight and ride...tight and ride is the way I gotto go?? !!

I think tight and keep riding. Its a lot of money buying new ones every 200km once they wear out completely, then replace... However find out how to determine if they have worn completely, there must be some visual signs and stuff...
