    I Agree With You Brother They Have Resolved The Issues Wich Were There On The Older Version Like Radiator Fan Alloy Wheels Wireings Etc.But You Just See The Quality Of Paint Scheme To Wich Are Poor When Compared To The Older Version Dukes.And Rear Break pads,Clutch Cables,Throttle Cables Wich Were Far Better On Older Version.Because My Friend Own A 2016 Model Wich Is An Updated Model Compared To Older Version Dukes.And The Quality Of Engine Parts Are Poor When Compared To 1st Generation KTM Duke200 Where The Engine Is Imported And Assembled In India.

    * Why I Bought Duke200?
    My Usage Was Most Of City Runs And Weekend Long Rides,And Also Touring.So I Was In Search Of A Motorcycle Wich Is More Reliable And Wich Can Do What Ever I Expect From A Motorcycle Or Wich Is Best Suited For My Commuting.So The Duke200 Have Good Fuel Efficiency As Well As Power Wich Is More Than Enough For My Locality Road Conditions And It Was More Reliable When Compared To Other Bikes In The Segment(According To Me).So I Bought The Duke200 Wich Was Well Suited For My Usage.

    * Charecter Of The Duke200
    KTM Duke 200 Is The Bike Wich Is Made For The Youngsters Wich Behaves Like A Warm Blooded Youngster.With It's Agressive Nature Of Powerdelivery And Also It Has Good Fuel Efficiency For The Power It Has On Offer.And It's Not Much Comfortable For Touring But You Can Do Touring On This Motorcycle, It's Comfortable When Compared To RC200.

    *Where The Duke200 Feels Better
    Duke200 Rides Better In The Corners Where You Can Carry More Speed Throughout The Corner With Better Lean Angle,And The Mid-range Is Strong Part In it's Power Delivery Where You Can Cruise Easily At 80-100kmph On Highway With Better Fuel Efficiency Of 38-40kmpl.But It Lacks The Topend Performance Due to the Revlimiter Wich Kicks In At 10k Rpm.

    *Quality &Relablity
    When Compared To The Older Version Dukes The New Version Doesn't Has Good Quality Of Parts And The Paint Scheme Is Not Bright As The Older Version Dukes The Quality Of The Parts Goes Decreasing Year By Year.And The Bike Is More Reliable When Compared to Other Motorcycles In The Market.KTM Has Good Service Network And Also They Assist You In Case Of Any Problems.

    *Maintenance
    People Believe Or Not The Maintenance Cost Of The Duke200 Is Cheaper Now Even Though It Is A Performance Motorcycle And Not An Indian Brand.But The Bajaj Made The Spares Are Soo Cheaper When Compared To Honda,Yamaha,Suzuki Etc Wich Are Not An Indian Brand.The Regular Service By Changing The Engine Oil And Periodic Kit Cost Just About 2.5k Wich Comes For Every 7500kms.Where You Don't Even Have To Go To Service Center So Quickly Due To The Long Service Interval.And The Wear&Tear Spare Are Also Cheaper.But if You Maintain Your Motorcycle Periodically By Cleaning And Checking It Daily Your Bikes Parts Will Last Longer Like Chain Sprockets Break pads Oilseal's Etc.Wich Will Last Longer If You Maintain Your Motorcycle Properly By Washing And Cleaning Each And Every Parts.

    *After Sales Service
    The Service Centers Of KTM Showroom Has Good Standards Where You Can Feel Of Purchasing A Premium And Also They Offer Many Schemes Like Orenge Assist,Orenge Rides,Orenge Day Etc.And Also Service Centers Are equipped With Well Trained Mechanic's And Well Equipped Instrument's
    But In Some Of The Service Centers The Workers Don't Work Properly,I Don't Know Why? And in most Of The Cities KTM Service Centers Available.

    *My Verdict
    These Are The Experience Wich I Faced After Purchasing The Motorcycle I The Opinion Might Be Different Of Others.But I Am Happy And Well Satisfied With What I Have Purchased.

    It's a regular T10 bulb. You can easily get them on Amazon/at local shops.

Nonetheless, if you have a bust LED, it's advisable to replace the unit as a whole. You can though remove the PCB and de-solder the LED, if that's possible, needs finesse in soldering and what not.

    Hey Ram! Long time. Well, what I meant by engagement was the friction point after the play where one actually starts to feel the clutch, engagement as you've pointed.

    Cheers!

    get the tb cleaned.. followed by a fuel pump pressure test, and maybe clean out the tank and the fuel filter inside the tank(its a small white sock kinda thingy attached to the pump.)
    you could also maybe swap the tps/ics (throttle position sensor, idle control steeper motor) on the tb from another bike and check.
    Will check on the above.Thanks

    do you see a warning on the console for the side stand when this happens ?
    have you changed your riding style, especially when slowing down ? Like shutting the throttle abruptly while slowing down ?
    any other symptoms before/when it shuts down ?
    when was the last time you replaced the fuel filter and spark plug ?

    get the fuel pump pressure tested and run a diagnostics scan using their scan tool.
    you could also have the throttle body cleaned (Careful, don't fall for the 'saar we have to change the throttle body') and plonking in a new fuel filter with maybe a spark plug(if current one is over 14k km old)
    Thanks for the input!! I was disappointed with the KTM service here in bangalore ,so ive been giving the bike for service outside KTM(from 30k)onwards,"Joe's garage" to be precise.
    Regarding the questions:
    No warnings have been shown
    Riding style is the same.(Issue comes up in speed less than 30kmph)
    Shuts down abruptly.
    Fuel filter and spark plug was changed in 39k service.Had the same shut down problem before the service.,they simply increased the idle and the issue was solved.But again the issue has shown up!!

    Regards,
    Febin
