    Dont know what is bajaj up to...

    When there are more than 1000 advance bookings in bangalore itself,why do they need a grand media launch

Today even that works manager took my bike for ride and accepted the issues for false neutral, hard gears and vibrations are present. Lets see what happens now. hoping for the best.

        +1 But, they will never leave a chance at publicity will they... After all its their 'nex-gen' top-of-the-line bike

        Got the news of the postponement yesterday itself, but dealer didnt give me any reasons for the postponement. Thanks for this info

          Oh, looks like your mail to BAJAJ worked, and they are taking the matter very seriously. Make out some time to properly check out whether all issues have been resolved. and let us know, what actions are taken to take care of those issues.

            same here.. same dealer.. KLN Automobiles, Annanagar.. booked the bike for 2k about a month ago.. got the quote.. started the bank loan formalities.. waiting for the test drive.. did you get any info on that.. I heard test drives from 18th July on..!!

            Insurance and Life Tax: 2063
            Road and Service Tax: 610
            Fitment Charges: 1350

            Total: 97914

            And.. Can anyone tell me how to ride during running in period in simple terms.. I am just curious.. I mean.. not this.. not that.. I am plain confused.. what to do and what not to.. @NSians.. Please help.. I am a newbie.. and don`t want to ruin my bike!

                @Rohan: I saw it in flesh!!!! Yellow NS @ Khivraj Indiranagar.
                First Impression:
                1. Yellow color is Amaaaazing...
                2. Build quality is way above all the other products of Bajaj so far.
                3. Ride position is excellent (Did not get to ride, just sat on it)
                4. Console looks good
                5. The overall length looks small... (To look)
                6. Though the rear seat is slightly small as the front seat is big, the pillion rider will have sufficient space.
                Overall... Great bike...
                Bajaj has surely taken a great leap ahead...

                The only sad part was that launch has been postponed to Monday(16th July)... and the person informed that I could expect my delivery on wednesday(18th july)...

                Keeping my fingers crossed and praying that there are no further delays...
                This is one of the best bike by bajaj so far and probably one of the worst release strategy by Bajaj too...

                    A company should not just think about its products, but also about the customers who are gonna buy/use their products/services. At least they should have given an approx date, be it early or late. There can be thousands of reasons why one would struggle due to the uncertainty in delivery dates. So bad of you, Bajaj!

                            No buddy, and it seems its not going to be any time soon. Latest heard from the dealers about EXPECTED release is end August!!!!
                            Did'nt Mr R. Bajaj say that the bike will be available PAN India by August???

                              forget actual dates we kolkattans are getting stupid replies that maybe it will in mid august.... It is one of the main metro city still getting at last... Bajaj is p*ssing us off big time... Sad to say but bajaj IS getting arrogant nowadays.... What is the b*oody problem giving atleast an expected date... Rubbish... In kolkata majority showrooms are from same owner...ie osl bajaj..so they are even not bothered when we say that i'll buy from another showroom... The wait is killing me man....
