Tomorrow I will be posting more pictures of the bike. Also will post few with me sitting on it.

Well PULSAR 200 NS is a tall bike. It won't be as comfortable for a 5.6" guy as it would be for a 5'10" + guys.

Seat is just like Duke but I found it to be little softer than the Duke. While comparing with other Pulsars its a bit hard. But I should mention that seats are comfortable till 15kms. I say 15kms as I haven't gone past 15kms at one strech.

The best part which I like about the bike is its PICK UP. It can easily reach 100kms in few seconds though I have not tried it due to restriction from Bajaj guys.

It has got 12V - 8 ah VRLA battery. Bike manuals says NO TOPPING UP IS REQUIRED. REDUCED SELF DISCHARGE. NO VENT TUBE OPEN TO ATMOSPHERE HENCE NO DISCHARGE OF ELECTROLYTE THROUGH VENT TUBE.

Choke lever is below the fuel tap and behind the frame.

Headlight is powerful and has got a wide coverage.

More pics and reviews tomorrow. Just hope it does not rain so that I get to drive my bike.

Thanks mate. I was so looking forward to this baby monster but its just the saddle height that is holding me back. Its yet to arrive in Hyderabad, dealer has quoted August launch here. No price details as of now.

I guess I have to either go to Nagpur or wait till August to get a test ride and see if the height suits me.

By the way, 45 KMPH is too low I guess. Per Bajaj manual, my P150 is restricted to 44 KMPH for the first 1000 KMs and 55 KMPH for the next 1000 KMs. I am bit for the run in they have mentioned. even a P220 has got more run-in speed recommendation. By the way, have you received your manual?

      Which engine oil and quantity?

Thanks a ton for the reply. Hope it doesn't rain and you may be blessed with a calm weather if not a cool one.

      Still,waiting for the review.
      Regards,

@chintan99 : Are you facing any cold start issue or erratic idling when the engine is cold in the morning?

Is its saddle height more than P220 or P180 ?
            I am loving my NS

@Chintan The Pulsar 220 manual says that during Run-in, the rider should not exceed 4k RPM for the first 1000km and 5k RPM for the next 1000km.

That works out to be 64kmph in top gear for the first 1000km and 75kmph for the next 1000km. Doing a correct run-in is essentially for the long life of your bike's engine. So you might want to check the instructions in the manual OR call BAL customer care for the same.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

I Pray to God for not even a drizzle. Ride and enjoy the beast

The battery part was very informative, and is something new than what we already know about the bike.
I also would like to know about the Tyre and brake performance.

BTW, a small brust of power for a few times is actually good during the Run-in period. Going @45kmph at high gears all the time might hamper the pick-up ability.

At last, Congrats bro for the beast, and will envy you till the time I get my own.
P.S. You might be the first one with the beast in India/World, I hope to be 1st one with the beast in KOlkata!!!

firstly congratulations on the most awaited bike in india and u being the first few owners to achieve the beast and also thank u to post the pictures in day as well as in the night for a better imagination of the machine. I believe the feel of the bike in riding would be absolutely different from the current bikes. well as what bajaj had said that u will feel all different from the current bajaj pulsar in your back yard is it true. i know the weight would be less for sure as the specification says. dam lucky dude enjoy ride safe and do keep us updated of the machine.

                          yes.

Even my 10year old pulsar 150 starts in a single attempt without choke.

Congrats...and please keep it below 4000 rpm at any gear.
