      Hi,
Just got my thunderbird & filled a full tank of petrol.

The owners manual suggests to use high octane fuel (91) premium one i guess.

(Wondering how i missed out this earlier during research... Damn :-/ )

So my question is since it being an EFI system,
      1) should i always use high octane fuel?

      2) is it necessary to replace the current 19 litres of fuel in the tank with high octane one?

It's better to fill from Bharat petroleum. It's way better than Indian oil and Hindustan petroleum. The bikes performance will also be good

              Hello Guys,

Came back from my south trip, had a blast. Covered about 4500 KM, loved the roads. Munnar was the most adventurous. would be sharing some pictures.
Yesterday was my bull's 2nd birthday and has completed almost 80,000km, gifted her with a nice wash and a Teflon coat. Have made some more changes to the bike. Have a look!

              Thank you, Sharad.

              www.facebook.com/shadydubs for some riding music.
It has to get hot, that's how the discs work my friend because of the friction between the disc pad's and the disc. The acceptable temperature is till the time the discs are glowing red because of heat. I'm sure the brakes would jam before they start glowing. Solution is to pour some cold water and keep riding

I know its too late to ask, since your last post, but nevertheless, can you guide me to a place in mumbai where I can get enticer RVMs?
Try Lammigton road. Hope you find it there. There are many shops, with some searching you might just find some better ones.

I realized the rear seat was shaking the next day. I took it to the showroom, upon inspection the confirmed that the plate was missing. They assured me that it will be covered under warranty as the missing part was ordered. Not sure when it will reach.

Another problem is the ticking sound. I covered 70 kms yesterday. I kept the bike under 50 kmph speed limit. When playing close attention to the sounds of the bike, I heard the dreaded ticking sound. The guys in the service center that it is nothing to worry about.

Please advise what do I need to do on the ticking sound.
Don't worry about that sound, wait for the first service and everything would work out just fine.

                Thank you white knight.

I got that from motocross that I watched recently. The guy did pour water on a hot disc and it was steaming.

                Cheers

The bike suffered it first puncture in the rear wheel yesterday. 4 nails and 8 holes in the tube. I have replaced the inner tube with a new piece. Other than that, bike has been smooth. After the first service, the gear shifting has improved, but still not up to the mark. Bull is performing flawlessly. Puts a grin on my face everyday in the morning. The 20 km commute gets over too fast.
