Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Then it's not the seal , it's the fork tube that needs to be replaced in your case. No matter how many times you replace the oil seal, it's gonna leak since your fork tube might be damaged internally.Originally posted by Storm Trooper View Post

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Hello guys. My first post here. I bought a used N300 last April but have ridden just about 400-500 kms as yet. Off late, the bike has started stalling in traffic. I suspect its time for a service as the odo is already on 19xxx kms. All suggestions as to what all need to be done / replaced would be highly appreciated.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Congrats firstly. Stalling in traffic could be anything as simple from adjusting the idle screw (1400 rpm) to maintain the correct air intake to as a process of elimination, bad fuel, spark plugs etc. Suggest you try adjusting the idle screw yourself and if that doesn't work, then take to the SVCOriginally posted by coolrain View PostHello guys. Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
This happened with me too and even my bike was pretty new.Originally posted by coolrain View PostHello guys. My first post here. As suggested, this happens when the rpm is too low, if you check your idle RPM I am sure it will be around 800 or 900. I don't know why this happens.
Start your bike , ride it for around for a few kms to warm up the bike. Now in neutral adjust the idling screw to set the RPM to 1200 (between 1200 to 1500 is ok I believe).
Going to the SVC with this issue is of no use, they just adjust the screw and give back. I faced this issue every 500 odd kms and would adjust the screw. But thankfully since the last 6+ months the RPM has not dropped.
The other issue I noticed regarding RPM is that my bike has stopped FAST IDLING.
Earlier on cold starts , the RPM would go upto 1900 on its own and then come down to 1200 but now it starts at 1000/1100 and stays. Anyone faced similar issue.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Without engine and gearbox, all spares listed here is pretty much the same price or even more than the ex-showroom price of N300.Originally posted by jazzysaravana View PostNinja 300 seems to have got a massive drop in spare part costs!

I dropped N300 from my list because it was bonkers craaaaazy priced and those who qualify to be called Rich can ride it back home.
I see my bank account and then Ninja 300 and sheepishly the Bank Account wins the war.Regards,

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 300 Ownership Experience
Can anyone pass me the number of Kawasaki Pune?
The numbers listed on their website are dead numbers.
Just wanted to get more clarity on spare parts prices.
Also, can someone confirm if servicing costs have come down with localization? How much do they charge for regular servicing?Regards,
Akash Yadav

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
THE END
