    How many kms has your bike covered? If its anything above 15,000 kms then it may be time to get the injectors cleaned and the throttle body balanced.

      I am at 18000kms and the issue resolved itself after a couple of fresh fuel top ups from COCO pumps.

      Went for some excess additives with the top ups.

        Ah, very similar to what i was facing on my Ninja 250.

        This all of a sudden happened. Cold start was a problem for me. It would rev to 2k rpm thanks to Auto choke and in a minute, it goes below 1k rpm and would turn off. But once the engine is warm, it never turns off.

        The following things i did but didnt help much.

        Changed spark plug, cleaned air filter but it didnt help.

        Then I recollected from a Whatsapp group. Similar issue but in a car.

        I immediately searched the group. The concerned person used Liqui Moly Petrol Injector Cleaner. I ordered it from Amazon and got it delivered the next day.

        I went down and poured some 10ml into the tank, took the bike for a short spin, filled fuel again. Then poured another 10 ml

        And within 5 kms, the bike was back in good shape. The reason here was. My Ninja 250 usage had reduced. It seems like the Fuel Injector was clogged up. Or something in the fuel line. After using the bike for more than 100kms, it is simply smoother now. Thanks to the FI cleaner and the Spark plugs

          Mine is my daily workhorse. Rain or shine, it has to fire up and run.

          Maybe a bad batch of fuel coupled with low temperatures of basement parking at office and rains. Bad combo, but guess every bike got its bad phase.

            Got my bike serviced yesterday at Hybrid Tunerz here in Pune. Paid Rs.3500/- which included 2.2 litre Motul synthetic oil, front brake pads, washing, polishing, tuning and labour. The bike has done 55000 km.

              That's actually quite low and good for a bike like N300.
              How did you manage 55k kms?
              My 220 has done 1/4th of it in 3.5 years [emoji28]

                The front brake pads were replaced or cleaned? Can you share the breakup please?

                      Front brake pads were replaced. The approximate break up of costs were as follows:

                      Oil - 1600/-
                      Brake pads - 750/-
                      Servicing including labour 450/-
                      Oil filter - 550/-

                              The original ones were fully organic ones. Comes at a 2000k for 2 pairs.
