    Your radiator is okay, but it seems somebody voluntary pinched the fins with a hard object or an object like stone or a screw driver. Usually the Dukes have very strong radiator fins, and they are not prone to easy damage. In your case, since it's on the back of the radiator, it might clearly a foreign object or a miscreant. Try straightening those bends if you can using toothpicks or a small needle, shouldn't be much of a problem.

            I'm thinking of getting an exhaust for my Duke 390. It should not be too loud i.e. medium loud. Any suggestions guys??

              Brother I have an exhaust available with a dealer original yoshimura Rs-5 with bend pipe for ktm for 30K .if you are interested I will send contact details
