You actually sound like Rakhi Sawant here.

When you joined xbhp, were there any promises made to you that your queries will be answered?
Did we come and call you and request you to join?

You came on your own, stop behaving as if we have an obligation to answer your questions.

With that said, this is one of the more detailed thread, and if you read it from start to finish, 90% of your queries will benefit answered.

People here expect to be spoon-fed, while they themselves make 0 effort. And in you think that guys here will be like "OMG NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! WE ARE LOSING A MEMBER!" then you are mistaken.

xBhp gets not economic benefit of your membership, so go try your coercive, narcissistic tactics elsewhere.

Ps: in simple words, we don't care.

This is the best solution.. It would be easier to tighten whenever required too.. I hope you are referring to the screw type bolt.. am not a tech savvy so bear with my Technical terms

Yes, they don't sell screws/bolts seperately. You could have saved all the trouble by using a 10# bolt from a normal hardware shop. I got a bar end weight last year for 89 rupees but as you said, allen bolt wasn't available. I went to a hardware shop and bought a simple bolt (non allen type) for 6 rupees.

Disclaimer : I am a student rider who has limited technical/mechanical knowledge so kind excuse me for that.

A week ago a moron car driver decided that the yellow light in the traffic signal means he should speed up and cross it instead of its true meaning and if in the process he hits someone he should just speed away. The car speed rashes me and I fall. (because for me yellow before it turns red is generally a sign to slow down) i was not hurt much but lost the handle weight on the left side. I went to a spare part shop of hero and was told the same is not available so I went to the show room / service centre where I had bought the bike from to ask for the same and he had the weight but not the screw that fixes it to the handle ( aka alankey). I waited 3 4 days after which he said he couldn't procure it and advised me to get one my self from the spare part stockist as it'll be quick and easy.
I found out where it was and asked for the same. He had the alankey but refused to sell it to me without me buying the handle weight which he was selling at double the mrp. My problem for not wanting to buy it from him was that it was wrapped in a simple plastic bag instead of a hero cover or something. But none the less I had to pay double price for it as opposed to what the showroom guy was selling it to me for.
Really irritated I came back and fixed it. But I'm really disappointed with this kind of behaviour from an original spare parts dealer mentioned on hero website itself.

Hx 250 is still a long way from home bud. Even if the production starts by the time it gets here at dealerships you would be driving any other bike for at least 2 years.

No, 10w30 won't affect the engine but if you ride in heavy traffic in city, I'd advice you to use 10w40 oils. SVC will NOT do that, you'll have to do it yourself/get it done at a private mech.
Regarding speed, I know that Karizma doesn't have the best lights and brakes in the world, hence I'm always slower than others.

For uploading pics, read this - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/forum-an...-tutorial.html

I see a speedo indicated of 130 kmph ! and in gps it is showing 129 kmph ! and even I have used 1/3rd the throttle and little bit was left . Secondly at first I mean few days back while riding at 120-130kmph at highway I was feeling that the bike was wobbling about 0.1% , but after I stiffen my suspension from 2 to 3 the wobbling at high speed vanished ? Now the ride is extremely smooth for me , but as I have stiffen the suspension will it cause any problem (I have not faced any) . Thirdly I am currently using Motul 10w30 engine oil from Flikart and I have no problem with it as it the recommended GRADE Hero suggest for Karizma , and while I searced the net I saw than some engine requires thin oil for better circulation of the oil as lubricants inside the engine , but my question is my another friend of same batch of karizma ( his is black and mine is yellow ) he uses the Motul 10w40 FS 300V , but his and mine performance is same and also we go at the same speed (not racing I just asked him to check wether we are having the same speed after using 10w30 and 10w40) - in here what should I do ?

P.S - ( Divya , can you just tell me that the service interval I have provided for my bike as you can see above , is it right ? or should I have to make changes in it )
    129 kmph at 1/3rd throttle?

Brother, I haven't seen such speeds on my bike ever. I love my limbs a lot.
Regarding the oil, I use 10w40 since I'm comfortable with it. Since you're comfortable with 10w30, stick to it.
Also, how have you stiffened the suspension? And what do you mean by you stiffened the suspension from 2 to 3?

Yes the bike will run hotter, but it won't overheat (used to happen on the bike it debuted). In fact, that cowl looked hideous on the classic ZMA-R, but looks better on ZMA-R v2.
