Re: Kawasaki ER6N
Guess you must consider yourself lucky for that. My friend was stopped by a cop whist riding a FZ who had his number written on the front fender and was demanded money for not obeying the rules. May be cops at your end are lenient enough.Originally posted by wallpapers123 View PostR15S - Current

Re: Kawasaki ER6N
Looks cool buddy. Whats the seat height and whats your height. No offense though, Just seeing like you are tip-toeing in the pic. I am 5'7", i too found it a tad tough on N650 whilst testing due to its foamy seat.Originally posted by schizovivek View Postall said and done... its upon the authorities... here in mumbai you do get caught.. mostly ! None taken ! I'm 5' 6" .. It might look like I'm reaching for it but its really not the case.. dont get me wrong.. I am on my toes but not tippyOriginally posted by TheArcher84 View PostLooks cool buddy. Whats the seat height and whats your height. .. the ability to touch the ground with some amount of comfort is one of the reasons I went for this bike..
one thing that is a tad bit difficult to adjust to is the weight ! coming from a Duke 200 and some recent medical issues the weight is something that I really am struggling with currently

Re: Kawasaki ER6N
will do .. currently ive just done city rides.. I'll post one after a short highway ride
a couple of question to the guys with the 6n..
1. When you turn the key to on and the electric check is performed; what kind of sound do you get? is there some sort of vibration noise right at the end? Can someone attach a video of this sound?
2. What lever setting have you kept the the clutch at? I keep fluctuating between 1 and 4 .. 1 when I want to use 2 fingers when i know i can reach good speeds and 4 in traffic .. 1 is pretty hard on the fingers though
3. Do you guys have any trouble with jerks during gear transition? Im still getting used to the gear transitions and was wondering if anyone was able to master it.. Still not used the the power ! the bike seems throttle happy

Congrats buddy on your purchase. Regarding the gear change, I too had trouble for couple of months on my 300 adjusting to the gear change. The thing is 300 likes to be shifted in a particular way, and if you commute a lot in bumper to bumper traffic, your physical well being also affects your shifting.
I started light workout, and shifting is fine until I take a gap of more than a week, where I have to re-learn again.
