    Hey... See this video.

https://youtu.be/N5FuBXXJpnE.. The guy installs a Bluetooth transmitter using OBD2.. And gets real time sensor data.. But do we have the OBD2 connection to ecu.. I think this RS is in Indonesia or something.. But even our bikes should have a port to plug into computer just like this

    Any thoughts?

First gen bikes have this port behind the headlights under the display. Newer bikes have it under the pillion seat.

This cable and bluetooth connector is for the KTM bikes but should work for the RS 200 as well:

So it's the pin behind headlamp as I suspected.. I was thinking about buying a cheap Android tablet.. 6 inches or so.. And placing it permanently on the bike..

Removing almost all apps and components except Google maps and the app for OBD2..so we get very fast boot up and less lag..

            Yes that's the port.

Good idea though a 6 inch tab may be too big. A smaller phone with a 5.5' inch screen would be good. Also you will need to wire it to the battery of the bike so it doesn't run out of charge. Mounting it on the handlebars shouldn't be hard.

Glad I could help you out. Cheers!

              Dont worry!
              Its not that Hazardous,

First remove side fairings if possible..
So it ll make you easy to pour n collect exsisting coolant..

"only do this when its cool"

First open up the top cap.
Then loosen up the airout nut.(which you can find on oppsite side i.e left side)
              Now loosen the drain bolt
Collect it n dispose it on asphalt or on soil road..

Now tighten the drain bolt, fill it with distilled water,
              Tighten the air out nut.
              Close top cap..
Start the engine. Run it for 30seconda thats enough..

Again repeat the above steps and fill it with coolant.

Any ideas if it is removable
                Open up the fairing..
Then push the plastic locks out.

Use kerosene to clean glue residue.

You can use piece of soft plastic (PET or PP) or something like guitar mediator (plastic!)
Or guitar mediator wrapped in cotton cloth.

It's because stickers overdose on this bike.
Look at 2017's Pulsars - they got less stickers and much more clear look.
Overstickered bikes usually it is cheapest chinese junk that cannot offer anything except yelling appearance.

Can you confirm this please.. I mean if i buy an ob2 sensor it'd be waste of money.. I thought ours too was OBD2.. Since the video was taken long before bs4..

Yeah.. 6 inches would be too much of a show off I realized when I measured it on bike now.. I was thinking of some 5 inch phone and one other issue I'll face is.. Theft.. Even though a small 5 inch phone ain't worth a lot.. Local thieves would find it sufficient.. Any thoughts on securing it?

You can connect it to your car!

                            But i ve 1% doubt

I would suggest you not to mount it permanently. Attach a mobile holder to the handlebars and then connect the phone to the bike, so when you turn the bike off and walk away, you can take the phone with you. This way you don't have to worry about it all the time.

Hello friends.. i want to know what is the max speed to travel on rs 200 without hurting the engine... for eg. If i want to cover 1000 km in a single go, what maximum speed can i keep which may not damage the engine and also be fast enough. I had previously done maximum 420 kms on pulsar 150 ug 4.5 at continous speed of 90 kmph without stop.

                                Thank you in advance.
