    Whom ever I aksed they said,Company sends a chassy without any number.
    I dont know if the chassis is being punched at ASC or it comes with chassis number being punched on it from the company only but a friend of mine who is having a P220 got the left crankcase replaced due to cracks near the drainage bolt. And the engine number was punched on the left crank case at ASC only. From company, it came plane.

        Yeah man weird. Exactly the same problem that you were having. After I wait for a minute and then crank it starts ! At weirdly even when I put bike in neutral and start at times it goes into the gear and stalls! Happened just once though. Could be a faulty neutral indication and stand sensor error.
        Yesterday encountered a strange thing. Was starting the bike after giving proper time to the fi shit to complete, just as the motor started its job i heard a loud blasting noise from somewhere around the engine, when i pressed the self-start again, it started but as i left the accelarator it was turning of instead of staying on and keeping the rpm at 1.5 k rpm. I started it several times as is was turning of as soon as i was changing gear and engaging clutch, instead of idling it was turning off. Then i stood still and checked the issue, after few startups it stopped turning off but the idle rpm was shivering between 1k and 2k rpm(in same way how carb engines behave on cold start). This happened to me after engine was already warmed up after 3 kms of travel and i was coming back to residence so no chance of a cold start suspected. After few km's it is now running normal as if nothing has happened. I'm scared as hell. What to do [emoji30] [emoji26] [emoji20]

          I am also facing the same issues on my new Racing Blue RS 200, I am completely left stranded in the traffic signals, when I turn off the key, there is no cranking in the engine only, all dash lights are on. The the bike to the ASC and they plugged in the Diagnostic tool, but this also showed no errors.

              Can you describe the issue in more detail please?

              I know a guy who took delivery of a Graphite black RS 200 and he is also having problems.

                  You need to show it to the svc. See what they say, I'll do the same .. btw my coolant level last night was almost at min mark. Just after 400km on the odo. No leakages whatsoever. I'll need to check that. Will be going there this Saturday. Will also ask about the startup issue.

                    Also the engine check light comes on after this episode & stays for 1 hr and goes off after some time, the ASC Khivraj found no issues , and said no bikes are having this issue.

                      The engine could have misfired. It's rare but it does happen sometime. Is it still not idling properly?

                      If it's not, definitely make a video to show as proof to SVC.

                      Do check if your side stand sensor is operating normally.

                        Yes. and the side stand sensor is operating normally, The ASC manager told me to use only the engine kill switch in traffic, and not the key as ,the electrical's of BS4 bike is very different to the BS3 bikes,where the kill switch operates the engine on check, now with BS4, it same as other company bikes.
                        Since this does not happen everytime, no use of showing to ASC guys, unless you have orange or red blinking lights, only then the error gets logged and can be diagnosed.
                        P.S- I read in the other forum that some guy with NS 200 also having the same issues as this.

                          Guys.. seems like I found my start up issue.. this happened recently after the 300km mark the warm startup problem started. No hot oil temperature or engine indicator showed up but I guess it's still heating up.dukes had this problems I heard.. oh well day after tomorrow I'm off to svc to refill the coolant and check for leakages. No visible leakages though. Right now 448 on the odo. First service at 450 km it says on the book

                            this behaviour lasted for about 5 minutes and then the bike was like "bhai kuch hua hai kya"

                            Since then it is running normal... i am unable to understand why it behaved like this..

                              Definitely use the kill switch and see if it makes any difference. As far as I know both the key and the kill switch do the same thing: they kill the ignition. So that BS4 argument most probably is just to give you false hope.
