He is a young guy, so I approached him very friendly from the beginning!!!

Use the complain form and mention everything in it. I think you used it before.. mention what's happening. Put pressure from high level now.

Knowing the attitude of our people.. I'd suggest you to raise your tone.. They are purely business minded.. Although it's a young friendly guy.. He doesn't give a **** about us.. So raise your voice.. Tell him you'll file complaints to bajaj and even to consumer court that they've delayed the repairing process without any reason that you're notified of..... Don't be friendly.. Be rude.. That's the only way.. And once you get the bike.. Check it A to Z.. They'll try to get rid of you so double check evrything

        I have a doubt,
They have asked 15-20 days for completing it.

So does that mean I should enquire only after 20 days ?

Is that wrong if I enquire about the progress every 5/6 days?

Nothing wrong in that, they estimating 15-20 days for completion of work but it doesn't mean that you can't enquire the progress, you have every right to visit and check the progress.

It's your right to check the progress.. I visit the Bajaj center every 3 days right now to see if my bikes come.. and it finally has ! Saw it this morning.. so took a pic of the cheesy number. I've sent dad to do the payment since I'm hooked on to work. Hopefully I'll get the bike by tomorrow or at least this week since the rto inspection hasn't been done yet

15-20 days for what? Ask a lot of questions. They surely will be like parts are not available. We've ordered for it. Call up Bajaj and check the status. They won't share it at first. Pressure works. If still no go, check what parts are missing and source for it yourself. I've learnt it the hard way. 1 month my bike was untouched. When I got mad they had it done in 3 days. I helped in getting parts from different svc

Bro... If they say 20 days... And you wait for it.. Trust me they'd come up with an excuse then... Call them and pester them to death... Ask for clarifications.. Why it takes 20 days... I don't think it'd take 20 days to build 20 bikes... From parts..ask them for the details on why it's gonna take 20..and again call up to bajaj with the work or job number they have given you(I assume there is something like this)... For us Indians.. To get things done.. Pester the shit out of them.. And pressurize form the higher levels.. Write emails.. Call customer care..

His bike is very badly damaged. It was a major accident. 20 days is fair I'd say.. but he should still check progress every 3-5 days by visiting the showroom.

                              Sorry I have no idea!

I complained ones, and they messaged me that the svc guy will contact me, they called and said that they will complete in 15days.

Today as i mentioned earlier, he said that the work has only started and 2 weeks more time.

My dad is not here, and mom doesn't know anything about this work And am still on rest, this SVC is around 50km from here!!!!!!!
