Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
I've made flange for Givi\Kappa Tanklock system. Now I'm able to use any tank bag with Tanklock mount.
This was quite hard because Pulsar has some relief on top of fuel tank fairing and Tanklock adapter needs to be slightly lifted.
3D printed from ABS plastic.
Flange will be lacquer coated to avoid destruction from fuel vapors and ultraviolet.

Wow! Awesome! I was just wondering if you'd be willing to share the 3D blueprint for the flange? I'm thinking of having the same thing done on my 200NS - which I believe should be the same as the RS.Originally posted by Andrey Stavitsky View PostI've made flange for Givi\Kappa Tanklock system. Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
Never a good idea to change any mechanical thing on a bike , they've been tested with those parts and have been specially designed for it. Changing the exhaust could make your bikes balance off due to extra or less weight of the exhaust making a difference to the bikes weight distribution etc etc etc. Bad for engine too.but then again you won't keep the bike for more than 8 years then go ahead and so the modsOriginally posted by Sharma Ji View PostHello everyone,

Yes, it's possible, but I want to check this mount in road conditions first.Originally posted by sgbikerboy View PostI was just wondering if you'd be willing to share the 3D blueprint for the flange?
