Thanks..Originally posted by Meetanshu Gupta View PostCongrats Deepak. I am also planning to buy this or N650. Heart says this but given the recent launch there is not much ownership experience and N650 seems a more logical choice. But when someone is out there to buy such bikes, it mostly for passion and not purely logic.
Since you have ridden N650, can you compare and contrast what you like vs dislike in this bike vis-a-vis N650. That should really lay it out for me in terms of making the choice..
Yes right now N650 is a safer choice in terms of after sales service whereas the 600i's service and spares availability is unknown, on paper it seems good like 24 hrs road side assist within 200kms from Worksop and 2 year 24k warrantee.
If you have already ridden a 2 cylinder bike and you are upgrading to a N650 you want enjoy it much in terms of sound.
N650 exhaust note is a bit dull, personally I enjoyed my my N250's sound more
Then you have to decide what percentage of your rideing will be city and highway, if it's more of city naked makes more sense
Benelli have started giving test rides, just ride both the bikes

Can you share more info on service intervals ? Any idea on service costs ?
What is the fuel efficiency you are getting ? (I know it's not the right question but just to compare with striple n z800)

re: Benelli TNT 600i - Onwers' Reviews & Experiences
Today's 20km ride back from my office seemed to be my longest and toughest ride..
Morning was sunny and pleasant, ride to work was pure joy..
As I was about to leave rain gods had some other plans it started to rain, I had all my rain gear ready decided to ride in rain as soon as I left OMG it was raining like never seen before..
As if that was not enough there were hailstones, hitting the helmet and all over..
At some underpasses water was up to my knee level
But surprising the 600i held up very well no hiccups was well planted to the road, braking was excellent in wet conditions, and the under seat exhaust made sure no water enters.
Overall was very happy with the biked performance in these tough conditions.
Filled up at shell (normal petrol)
FE was 19.14km/ lt

Pillion seat is comfortable, during short ride of 8 to 10kms there was no issues with the exhaust heat, not sure during long ridesOriginally posted by adithya.mv View PostSir how is the pillion comfort? Does the under seat exhaust troubles with the heat??

Congrats mate for being so bold! (despite some media criticism on being Chinese!). I m sure iPhones and Mercedes are being made in China these days....so it is not a question of quality (but price)....
one question - is that petrol tank made of metal or plastic?

Re: Benelli TNT 600i - Onwers Reviews & Experiences
Dont think any petrol tank will be made of plastic or fibre except for its outer shell as cover. The tank itself will be in some metal.Originally posted by pitbull View Postone question - is that petrol tank made of metal or plastic?R15S - Current
