You know I wonder how submerged in water can this engine run lol since my exhausts are in the air.

From the looks of things only place i could see an issue was at the O2 sensors. the wiring on them looked shady and water could cause shortage there.

How's the riding in Bangalore back-to-back traffic? Is the low-end grunt sufficient? Does the bike stall?
The way you ride is the way you are..

I make sure I do not hit too much traffic. I leave home early (7:30AM) and leave office early enough (5pm) so the traffic is manageable.
This is my first super-bike and I am taking it easy... so the low-end grunt and power is pleasing to me.
The bike has never stalled. I have tried low speeds and never faced this issue. But one has to keep in mind the slightly heavy clutch. It has not been a problem to me as I had a bike with a heavier clutch, so I am used to it. But the ones who find it troublesome might face a stall until they get 'used to'.

I have a Red 600i and have ridden it for about 450kms, all in the Bangalore traffic. Been a month and haven't had a chance to ride long yet.

I use Shell Super. I have once tried the ordinary fuel, I could feel the engine getting slightly rough. I am not sure if I was biased, but I decided to try not to use ordinary fuel again.
I do not have an accurate answer for the 'How much do you get'. I have not measured it, but roughly around 20kms/ltr.

Thats good to hear. 20kmpl...that should increase once part the run-in period and your first service. But its a decent mileage for any sports bike.

The shell super has additives and the same octane rating as the normal petrol. Its the same in the case of V power too but 8 bucks more per litre is too steep.

I am sitting on the fence worried about the service back up and still undecided on picking up the GT. Test rode it a couple of times, the bike surely feels nice. Want to try it out once on open road and probably pick it up in white [emoji4]

Glued to this thread as the ownership reviews are still too few. Thanks a ton mate.
