I know, I spoke with a Regional manager for Suzuki last month, he told me the updates will be carried out for Next Fiscal Year but I am not sure how truthful he was being. Despite that its better to not keep expectations for this year, otherwise people will get really pissed off....

They should've done it when the special edition hornet came out last year

Members who have owned this bike for more than 3 years, how much mileage are you getting?

Mine is 2016 model. I drive between 70 to 80kmph normally and I'm getting 44kmpl. But, last month, changed chain sprocket and I feel there is a much increase in mileage. Will post an update after checking the current mileage.

I'm getting around 36kmpl. I only drive in Bangalore traffic not more than 30kmph. Is this fine?

Mine is 2015 model. I ride between 65-75 kmph and occasionally cross 70kmph. I am getting mileage between 50-53 kmpl!!

guys what might be the cost breakdown for the following parts replacement:
-head light housing
-front fairing bracket
-front fairing
-left and right fairings
-front mud guard
-gear shift lever

also should the front shock be replaced if there is a scratch on it?
will it affect the oil seal later?

bike got in an accident , head on collision with a gate

1. around the headlight. = ₹1300
2. just below the headlight on left = ₹1200
3. just below the headlight on right = ₹1200
4. at the bottom on the left = ₹1100
5. at the bottom on the right=₹1100

I don't think it's fine. Mileage should be around 40.

When I was downshifting from 2nd to 1st, the gear got stuck in neutral and there was a metallic noice (the teeth of the gears hitting each other and I could feel it). It was like I'm not holding the clutch. But I was holding it to the handle grip. This happened a couple of times. (about 5 days ago and yesterday). Can someone tell me what's wrong? (2018 model, 4900 km)

But the gear shifted when I released the pressure on the lever and tried again.

It happens when the chain is loose or when you shift gear in the wrong rpm.

Ok. The chain isn't loose... So it may be the wrong rpm...
