Not completely. You can get the labor charge waived I expect.

I am having hard time finding a dealer in Delhi/NCR for Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2(R3 stock size). Any suggestions?
I am planning to get DuPont Teflon Chain-Saver Dry Self-Cleaning Lubricant. SVC in my area has no clue about anything; the mechanics are not even trained enough to service the vehicle. Can you please post a pic of the lube container? How is the Yamaha Dry lube performing(in rains)?
For Diablo Rossos in stock size contact tyremarket.com.
The dry Yamalube is quite good in the rains. The rings retain the lube for a long time. Few other R3 owners are also using it and satisfied with the performance. Legend has it(!!) that the SVCs also used it but shelved it since it turned out to be expensive.
If you want to order, you can get the part number of the bottle on the left (with the white cap). Show the SVC the picture and (more importantly) tell them the part number and they will order for you.
There is no better therapy than riding a bike down a straight road at full throttle with the sound of the engine for company.

The wet grip is great (much better than MRFs). I have not tried offroading yet on the rossos.
But the biggest advantage of Rossos is the improvement in the power transfer from the engine through the drive train to the road. It is way better than MRF.
I have not used Michelins so cannot comment on their performance. There is no better therapy than riding a bike down a straight road at full throttle with the sound of the engine for company.

You should compare the Diablo Rosso with Pilot Road 4 or Pilot Power 3.
Just got the Pilot Road 4 (unfortunately only front size is available in India as of now) today. Will get back with experience by tomorrow.Yamaha Ray ZR Street Rally -> 2020

Re: Yamaha YZF R3 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Guys, anybody knows the cost of the entire key/ignition set for the R3 ?
Tried searching forum and calling up the service center but got no information about it.
Stock is another issue, the places i had called had no stock for it.
*******EDIT********
Got the price from another service center. They informed me it to be 4k. And also said it'll take 15 days for the spare to arrive.
Cheers
