I own duke 390, it's a fun bike to ride.
I have ridden CBR 250, it's not fun to ride.
I have not ridden mojo yet.
Let's see after I ride it but it takes time to find it.

If Duke390 is fun and CBR250 is not fun, then Mojo will probably be not fun for you... just thinking out loud...

            Hello Everyone!
I am new to this forum.

I just booked a Mahindra Mojo yesterday in Chennai. The on-road is 1,92,510 with extended warranty. The dealer did not reduce the price but agreed to throw in the crash bar (not sure if this comes default with the bike) and a magnetic tank bag for free.

I slept on it yesterday and now I am having second thoughts.

Should I wait for the BMW G310R or TVS Akula or Bajaj CS400?

              Congratulations!!
Don't worry my friend, everyone faces this "I should have waited" syndrome. Good that you made a decision and bought it. I wasted many years "waiting for something better", for some reason anything is never better enought to buy. (You know what i mean)

              Enjoy and ride safe.

              Cheers.

It actually depends on what you want. The g310r will be a good bike, but then it might not be comfortable for touring with it's small size, ergo and that 11 litre tank. Akula is sports bike and again cannot say how good it will be for touring. That leaves us with CS400. Not sure how that would be. However having owned Mojo for around 6 months now, I can say that it's worth the money. Mahindra's service has been awesome till now.

taking about BMW only in 3rd or 4th month of 2017 in India(First only in Metro cities) . And Akula still in testing maybe takes 1year to reach as. Pulsar cs400 no body knows how it performs (ktm first gen 390 engine) need to wait for long team review.

Did u get rider jacket for free?
In Madurai Dealer, only offer jacket for free. No tank bag or bumper.
Bumper cost 3,400rs 😞. If u get this 2 item as complementary I ll ask my dealer to do favor 😂

I gonna book mojo next month (red / white) and took delivery @ my Birthday Oct 2.

Pls any one confirm cost of accessories
                  Bumper 3400
                  Rear hugger 1800

The mind is a fickle thing but I think I'll be sticking with Mojo.

My only apprehension is that Mahindra might shut down its 2-wheeler section or discontinue the Mojo leaving us high and dry.

No Biker Jacket - I figured I'll get a better one suited to me by looking around.
Not sure about the bumper being 3400 though. The sales guy put down something like 2800 in the booking sheet. Now, the rear hugger is a thing that I haven't thought of till now. Guess I have to install one before the rainy season starts in Chennai.

Even I cancelled out the decision of buying the Himalayan due to poor quality by RE.

I'm just waiting for the ABS version of the Mojo to be launched. BTW anyone has any idea on it.

                        Thank you...! waiting for it

Scary!! What makes you say that bro. I'm not aware if Mahindra have done something like that earlier with their product/service.

I love this bike. Hopefully will buy it in September.

If and when something like this should happen, I would want the company to at least continue providing services to the existing customers.

I was looking at their marketshare decreasing over the course of five months from Nov 2015 to Mar 2016 and I got scared. Just a thought.

You do your research well. I've been keeping an eye on the sales numbers too and it's not very encouraging. Workforce downsizing and the general lack of enthusiasm from Mahindra two wheelers has put more question marks in my head. Shortcomings of the bike aside, I'm blaming the head honchos for it's poor performance. Other than the social channels there is hardly any digital presence. The more I search about the Mojo, more ads are being served for Mahindra tractors!

Has anyone seen their ad on TV?
