Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Seems my delivery is getting delayed a bit. The Salesguy told me that there was no waiting period while taking a test ride. And then when I made the booking told me there would be a 7 working day wait due to logistical reasons. When I asked on the 7th day, I was told that I would get the bike this weekend. Now the bugger tells me that the bike would be delivered by 19th Aug. That essentially threw a wrench into my Aug 15 weekend plans.
Sure does feel great when you are taken for granted. Am really tempted to cancel my booking and go for a Duke 390.
It is DP motors in Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai.

My stock tyres have done 12K+ kms, of which about 2K was on Manali,Ladakh,Manali circuit.Originally posted by twinthrottle View PostAny MOJO owners , is it true the Tyre life is 10000 km only due to its supersoft nature ???
No punctures and tyres look good for another 3 to 5K kms.
Stock Pirellis are very good and worth it

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
More affordable MOJO spotted testing at Lonavala by rushlane
Following changes are done, however engine spec will remain the same
1. Gone are the Italian, gold coloured Paioli USD front forks, and in their place sit a pair of conventional, telescopic forks
2. Instead of twin exhausts it will feature single exhaust canister
3. Also, the enormous twin-headlamp assembly (DRLs) is also said to be deleted, keeping costs even lower
4. Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres, which are rumoured to be replaced by MRF rubber
5 FI will be replaced with carburettor (as seen in the pic , check the silver carburettor)
Expect it somewhere in 2017 , not sure if the MOJO tag will be retained

But the things here are what makes the Mojo stand apart. Else it will be a normal bike that cost about 1.6L.Originally posted by twinthrottle View Post1. Gone are the Italian, gold coloured Paioli USD front forks, and in their place sit a pair of conventional, telescopic forks

My guess is it will be the Standard (cheaper) version and the current production model would be Premium.
Although without these things, the bike may be about 5-10 kgs lighter.

Yes it will be cheaper version , but not sure about its name. Current version will continue as MOJOOriginally posted by AgentK View PostBut the things here are what makes the Mojo stand apart. Else it will be a normal bike that cost about 1.6L.

You are right that these things define a Mojo , but there are certain sections that are looking for cheaper version . I think they are targeting potential Pulsar 400 , and RE Himalayan customers.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Sounds like a good strategy to me. Now that the engine has proved itself and people who are unable to buy it because of the premium it is offered at might be able to afford this version..Originally posted by twinthrottle View PostYes it will be cheaper version , but not sure about its name. Hunk - Oct 2k7 til now
ZMR - 2010 to Forever
RX135(2k) - 2013 to 2018
Ninja 250R (2010) - 2016 til now
RayZ - 2015 til now

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Sigh. And I thought newer version would be with ABS. Not sure if they have dropped that plan. I am willing to pay extra for ABS. I may look for CS400 and reason would be ABS only.Originally posted by twinthrottle View PostMore affordable MOJO spotted testing at Lonavala by rushlane

Btw the new batch of Mojo with Crimson red, does it have something different? I could identify the rear disk brakes cover though.
