I though of the same to replace with old switch gear once my bike gets delivered.

But, the showroom guy warned that, doing so, might affect in claiming insurance (if needed).

(Experts, please share your knowledge and words on this)

    Cheers,

    Thanks Harry.
In my place (Tirupattur, Vellore District) the on road price is Rs. 1,32,049 includes all (RT, Reg, Insurance & 5 years warranty).

I agree with you. I have no plans to mess with bike wiring. As you said it will create problem during warranty.

Yes, you can fit R15 V2 fairing in R15 S.

I've seen a YouTube video in which R15 V2 special edition fairing has been fitted in a R15S.

Please search for "R15 V2 Fairing in R15S" in YouTube. You will get a video from Auto Explore.

I hope this helps a little bit.

When we are in low-beam, and you press the pass button, it activates the High beam for that instant. Can we do the same while we are on a high beam to activate the low bean for that instant, so that vehicle in front of us will give way.

Any thoughts if this is possible or not.
Its not weird at all .Though it is not impossible, but needs some modification on the electrical.
RTR200 has this feature. Niice way to capture the attention. Small thing, but makes lot of difference.

Even I thought the same for a while. Its not possible with the just wiring the pass switch but it can be possible with electronics. Ideal circuit should invert low to high and High to low when input from pass switch is received.

If any of you have done it, can you provide me a rough estimate of the price? If you have pictures, it's all the more good And whether its okay to do this in a new R15S?

    Thanks and happy riding.

Nope. While you're on high beam, both the lights will be glowing and the pass light switch won't work.

One of my doubt is in all BS4 bikes AHO is mandatory. Is it possible to add Headlight on/off switch manually without taking risks.

Yes, if you say that you want it for R15, any shopkeeper or service center will charge you 800RS, they think that if we can afford an expensive bike, we can buy expensive stand, and its their right to charge extra. I just asked for RX100 main stand and pin, without the spring. Did not mention R15 anywhere. they said it costs 200 Rs. I just paid and left. Someone in this very thread had told me that it is a direct fit and he was using it himself for quite a while. So I trusted his advise and it worked.
Yep bro, I believe those were not original ones, didn't feel like one.
Even I got the advise somewhere in this forum for RX100 ones.

    Happy riding.

    Regards.
