A blown fuse can be due to water ingress and cause shorting of wires or wires that are grounding to the body which can cause a fuse to blow. The reason the fuse is blowing is due to excess current draw due to shorting or a failed or failing component. Are your headlights always on? Start off by inspecting your battery, make sure the terminals aren't touching with anything metallic. Secondly, a faulty bulb or a failing bulb in anything, be it indicators or headlights or faulty oxidized holders too can cause a fuse to blow up repeatedly. Check your indicators, lights everything and observe if the fuse it blowing up. With the bike engine running, turn your handlebars left and right and see if the bike stalls, keep your observations posted.
