I will share my experience in details.

On June 6th afternoon I had posted an ad on Olx and sold my Unicorn Dazzler in half a day.
I wanted to buy a White RTR and I went to the showroom (Ashwa TVS Bangalore) with my family on Tuesday.
There were 3 White RTR 200, I did a brief inspection and selected the bike. Noted down the Engine, Frame numbers and I booked it.
(Apache RTR 200, Carburetor, TVS tyres.)

Paid full amount INR 1,09,875/- on Wednesday. Delivery date was Thursday and I was all excited. The excitement wasn't too much though, as I was sad that I had to sell my 5 year old love.

Fast forward to Thursday, I am at office, checking the time every now and then. It was 4:30 PM, took permission from office and ran to the showroom.
I reached the showroom and my bike was not ready yet. They took the bike to basement and started the procedure.
They mishandled slightly but that's expected everywhere. They cleaned the bike, applied teflon coating, filled 1 liter fuel in front of me, connected the battery, switched on the bike and checked all the electricals, filled the air properly and handed over the keys to me.
I had done the PDI and i was ready to roll. I sat on the bike, switched on the engine and I had a wide grin on my face. My wife was laughing at me, after seeing me act like a kid :P
This bike received lot of stares
I took the vehicle to the temple and finished the pooja yesterday.
Then, went to petrol bunk and filled up to the brim of the tank. It took 12.2 liters.
So totally 13 liters.

Strange things observed:
1. The front wheel of the bike had weight added for wheel/weight balancing.
2. The odo meter showed 4.5 kms and the top speed showed 84kmph. I questioned the sales guy and they told the bike would be tested on a belt. He also told some vehicles would have 100 or 100+.
3. The carburetor version doesn't get the USB mobile charger under the seat. It is available only for FI variant. (Cross checked with other carb bikes and it didn't have it)
4. The biggest BLUNDER I observed was, the software for the digital console has a bug. I was able to reset the entire console. THE ODO METER GOT RESET, SO DID TOP SPEED RECORDER AND EVERYTHING ELSE.

Good things:
1. This bike being a carburetor, has the TripF - reserve trip meter. which is nice
2. The sound is amaaaaazing
3. The quality of the bike is top notch. In love with TVS.
4. Throttle response is crisp and perfect.
5. Gears are very smooth. Didn't expect this from a new bike.
5. Seat comfort, riding posture are fine so far.
6. Rear view mirrors are good, horn is perfect, headlights are awesome.
7. No vibrations felt. No rattling sounds.
8. Bike doesn't feel heavy. It is very easy to handle. Its ergonomics are perfect for me. I'm 5.8 Ft tall.

I am totally in love with this bike. I will share more details soon.

This is my father. He is 60 years old and still love bikes. He is totally impressed with this bike.

Congrats brother...fi version available at showroom? Could you confirm if fi version have o2 sensor?

Congratulations.
As for your queries
1.wheel balance are common on new bikes .some may don't have it but it is nothing to be worried about
2 . your bike may have been misused by showroom personnel.84 kmph is not good for new bike but once in a while is acceptable. Explanation given to you is false.

FI version is not available yet. Showroom guys have no clue about its launch time.
The FI variant has 02 sensor and as far as I know, it's closed loop.

And regarding the top speed. There was another guy who had bought rtr 200 recently. I asked him about top speed and he told his had 75+ kmph at the time of delivery.

My bike was among the lot that had arrived from factory and the manufacturing date of the bike is May 21st 2016. So I'm not sure if it was used as test ride bike or its actually true that they test the bikes on belt.

Congratulations again! More pics pls. Did you noticed the ABS sensor indicator on the console? Here in mumbai matrix motors is asking 10 k premium for immediate delivery.
Also Is it a matte white color?
