Hi, I went to book ntorq today in thane, Maharashtra. They are quoting price of 76k. With ex showroom of 64.5k.
Can anyone confirm how much you paid for this scooter in last 10 15 days. What was the ex showroom price quoted to you?

My dad's also gonna use it, as I am gonna buy dominar soon [emoji2]

      Main requirements:

      1.Good performance

Good handling and brakes, zero (minor) vibrations.

      1.Good mileage(atleast 40+)

my Twister is 7 years old and still gives 45+ always, funny thing is chain sprocket and clutch plates have gone long back...yet it delivers!!

      Great reliability and service.

Honda is also reliable but their service is shit...that's the only thing that's stopping me to buy another Honda.

I have wrote 3 complaints since last year because of their pathetic service, and they ****ing don't care.

      Please help me decide,

      Thanks[emoji1][emoji1]
Hey! I have seen many reviews on YouTube and also read about TVS NTorq vs Honda Grazia.
Hands down, I would recommend you choose the TVS since it offers the most comfortable ride quality compared to Grazia. It also has good performance and good boot space, good footboard space. Although it looks sporty, I'm guessing your dad wants a comfortable ride - so TVS NTorq anyday.

Secondly, for you to avoid hassles of service, TVS NTorq is again a good option since the after sales service is really good. My mom has a 8 year old TVS Scooty Pep and it is still fantastic and plush to ride. The service from TVS has also been really good.

Sometimes, they miss out on things like tighetning lose mirrors, etc, but they do it immediately when it is told to them when you're picking up the scooter.

I own a Suzuki Gixxer and I'm planning to sell it and get myself either the NTorq or Jupiter purely for practicality, comfort and features.

Seems that while there are few happy customers, there are many who are complaining about Fuel Level on Digital Screen / Fuel Gauge, Low Mileage (TVS Claims 48kmpl), few have issues with sounds during bumps and also knocking sound from the exhaust. I am thinking about getting one but seeing these complaints on Ntorq's facebook page and following youtube comments from different user videos, I feel like waiting little longer. Hopefully, they will address these issues in freshly assembled stocks.

I just hate the headlight design. TVS should have also put LED there and also front switch access to open trunk/cover of a fuel tank. The price is competitive but is no way cheap. These couple of things should have been there in new models.

I just booked a red color TVS ntorq last week after going through several reviews and discussions.

Could anyone suggest where to get a "bag hook" (the oval ring shaped hook, for hanging stuff and also used for pillion support) for the ntorq, the showroom person and service centre persons are telling me that as of now no accessories are available for the scooter, and getting hands on the scooter is itself a challenge.

Has anyone done a DIY on some other scooter bag hooks??

Do suggest me with some options.

Im facing couple of issues with ntorq.
            1. Before it use to start with self start in just 1 push and dont need to rev the accelerate, but now i have to crank the self start and have to rev the accelarate as well.
            2. When my bike is really slow around 5 to 10 kmph, the scootr shuts down and i have to restart it..
            3. When i go over pot holes or press the front break really hard and stop, i hear a tak tak sound ftom front wheel/fork/front side.
Please share some solutions for this...

I have finished 650 kms and done first servicing. Apart from that the mileage still hovers betwee 38-42 and on traffic less roads it goes to 48. So it's good in this thing.

However, under the seat there was a gap between the frame and the storage compartment. I asked the mechanic to adjust it and he informed me that it looks like a manufacturing issue as none of the other vehicles had this issue. Also, about the post on fuel gauge, I still around 15 kms even after the reading says "fuel empty". So it think manufacturing defect is apparent. So how do I go about this? Any idea?

Secondly I have red matte version. Anyone know how I can get the exact color code of the red for some patch-up paint job for a couple of scratches?

File a complaint with TVS Showroom and Also call TVS's customer care to explain the manufacturing defects. They are good at following it up and do what they can to fix it. If they are asking you to adjust to it, don't agree and push them to fix or replace. Most likely they will fix it.

Booked mine. Will get delivery by early next week.
Please let me know if anything specific that I need to check during the PDI.

I noticed all the cables near the engine fan were without a cover. They were intact though. I'm little concerned if it's like that for all ntorq or just that one.
                    Forgot to take a pic.

This plastic part under the foot board is damn filmsy. Will break easily. It wasnt even necessary to have itin that shape just for looks.

This part behind the foot board will attract scratches from shoes. This should have been matt black like in Jupiter.

The foot board is a little less wider than Jupiter.

Done only 40 kms today, will update after 1st servicing.

Guys I'm planning to buy Ntorq 125 as a daily scooter for groceries and occasional commute to office for 25+ KMS. I already own RTR 200. But just need a scooter to make things easy.

Need some help on the reliability side of the scooter

BTW have you faced any issues with starting NTORQ?

I would recommend not to buy ntorq. Im constantly facing starting issue with the scooter. Towed it to service center already twice. Last night at 330 am it refused to start when i was coming back home from work..
The mechanic came and he couldnt do anything and then the vehicle got towed till my home 30kms at 630am. Now need to tow it again to service centre.

Yes, there is cold starting issue. If u keep the bike unused for 1 day, it take around 20 cranks to start in the morning. Thats bad though. Bike has run only 650kms as of now. Worst thing is, once it starts, u cant reproduce the issue before the mechanic. 😁 It starts with 1 light touch to the start switch the whole day.
