    Both are great bikes. The Gixxer is an oil cooled unit, whereas the RR310 is a liquid cooled unit, one has 30 plus hp another close to 25 HP. I would recommend purely for the equipment on offer and VFM, the RR310. Superb quality all around and frugal motorcycle to own and run. If you have an SVC nearby to service the RR310 then RR 310 is a fantastic proposition.

      So you are saying the 2nd hand 10K km driven 2019 rr310 is a great deal @ rupees 2L?

          Rr310 is better vfm then sf 250,and if you can get lowered the price of rr310 is great bike to have..

                      Update : 2 years, 10000 kms old.

                      This might trigger the haters but i can't cry for issues which don't exist.

                      The bike has been a joy. Absolutely no niggles. I feel sad I don't use it daily. However, most of the running has been on the highways and trackdays.

                      I've changed the tyres to Metz M5 which are decent, but not even close to the Road⁵ on the BS6 variant.
                      Also, I've crashed the bike on the track. Good part is that it is so well built, nothing cracked. Even the indicators have survived with it's skin peeled off. Yet none of the panels vibrates or went loose.

                      The gear lever is bent, the footpeg was worn out due to cornering and now half of it is non existent silly me.

                      I had a fork seal burst, that was my fault. 120kmph on a brick isn't something even cars take well. Gladly TVS fixed it for free! Can you imagine? A consumable!!

                      So how has the ownership been?
                      Answer : The best motorcycle I've owned till date.
                      My favorite? No, that was my RTR180.

                      A solid 11/10 to the R&D team at Hosur. Epic job.

                        Christmas came early.

                        Went for service at Jayanagar Bharath TVS today, there were a few 310 R&D people there asking questions. When I mentioned my gripe about single sounded grab rail, they told me there is a new double sided one, mostly meant for export.

                        I said: Gimme.

                        So, ladies and gentlemen, dual sided pannier grab rail for RR310 is here. Hallelujah.

                                Thanks, did a search and found this. Might come into this Avatar that was showcased in auto expo - TVS Draken

                                Any reviews or new owners of BS6 RR310 here? Any feedback how it is in practical roads? All internet reviews are based on track hence.
