Is it possible to fit karizma's ignition coil on our cbz classic?any gain in performance?2.Mine is a kick start model and the mechanic here has installed magnet coil of cbz star's self star version, and now the new battery drains when bike is hot,low power output, carbon fouled plugs,is it because of magnet coil getting warm and producing less current?rectifier is oem and new .

Karizma's coil is even a more powerful one from the CBZ Star Self model. I would suggest searching for your model's coil and fitting it. The coil itself wasn't built for your model.

Yes, you should. Get your rectifier connected checked while you're at it. Make sure it doesn't give any complications (just to be safe).

I have changed three different stators in the bike as to check where the problem lies, but the problem persists, whenever i switch on the headlight at full beam, and blinkers, the rpm needle goes up and down,as if battery is low,it might be some grounding problem?new battery twice and new rectifier thrice i have changed, mechanics are unable to detect the problem?

Air pipe on rubber manifold and another on carburettor close to joint of carb and manifold gets heat up and air leaks can happen over period of time, which can affect on afr tunning, replace those rubber pipes with new and also put new O rings between carb and manifold, worn-out camshaft, valves, improper tappet setting also can cause this problem

Check and grease front and rear wheel bearings ,truing of rims ,and then front shock absorbers oil(142 ml ) in each shock, check amd grease steering cone set,you can lube control cables with Wd 40,check disc pads condition, change the spark plug to ngk dpr8ea9,if the bike was not being used change engine oil, check sprocket condition, lube it with gear oil 80w-90,or chain lube,u can wash and wax it later, get the battery charged, check for swingarm play while the bike is on center stand, move it left and right,if its moving ,you will have to change the bushings and collars, and atlast welcome to the forum
