Thanks a lot for the information! I'll check that out!!Originally posted by Sachinnair View PostFor all information for Helmet you might want ask your queries here
Please check on Helmet thread mentioned above for all queries.
Sparx helmets are DOT approved so check whether it has DOT written.
If you are looking for a full face Sparx Helmet it will cost you around 8K and above.
Also check other Helmet brands like Rjays, Diajya, JR etc.
I have Rjays Blade Runner and its very good. Snell & Dot Approved.
For Mirrors on ZMR - it will easy to move the mirror so i have not had any issues in fact its the best & regarding seat quality I would say its the best in its class. Perfect seat for tourer's

Smooth Riding
Thank god for no puncture.
Right now i am riding between 40-45kmph as advised by SVC.
Max was done accidentally to 54kmph. Ride is so smooth ki pta hi nhi chala when crossed 50.
Though sometimes i do speed burst from 20 to 40.
And do anyone know the procedure to change the username?(of xbhp)

Hi Guys.
I took my bike for a spin last night after midnight..

The bike feels great.
Didnot go above 45 KMPH as have done only 150 km on the bike
I stay in Malad took the bike to Bandra and back..
Around Carter road. I saw a group of Royal Enfield riders.(8-10)
It made me think, When will i be able to ride with my fellow ZMR riders..

And guys i think there is something wrong with the fuel meter. The Showroom guy filled with arnd 3-3.5L of petrol in front of my eyes, then i refilled the bike with arnd 9L of petrol. the fuel meter showed around 2 points less than the full. while sometime later it reduces two points and again fills up. what's the cause? any problem in it? also gear shifting is hard, according to the thread are you sure that it would be resolved after servicing?
I still dont understand the use of two trip meters. There's not much mentioned in the manual about those two. can you please enlighten me?

bro all the zmr has this problem of fuel meter. yes the gear shift will be lot more smooth after 2nd service.
trip meter is used to measure the distance like odometer. unlike odometer, tripmeter can be reset to zero. for resetting first select the trip meter and then press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds.speed thrills but kills if you dont have skills
