    Agreed that all full faired bikes will suffer but in case of ZMR its more as the fairing is not well designed to put out the air. R15 is designed for track and it handles better than ZMR. Try out a test between R15 and ZMR @ 70kmph with heavy cross winds and let me know what u feel

    Well as someone said, changing the ride position can handle a bit better. But riding slow is the best solution.

      R15 users also getting pissed off by crosswinds..see in R15's ownership thread its light so it flickers very much which I've experienced as well..

            +100, Definitely faced it. Actually was very depressed.
            Vibes, Noise & Rattles.

            But things have sorted out once I have moved to Motul & NGK Iridium last week.
            Now the reverse is true. Riding with one of the best FEELING

            Honestly I am neither an Engineer nor a Biker expert.
            Do not know much what is good or bad, only forum reviews and common sense.
            @ Times trusted SVC & some good friends.

            All these have given me now a Dream Bike after ONE Year.
            34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

                Me facing a refinement issue, i am roaming every week with my SVC for this issue. They are not able to rectify it yet...

                Compliant it to HH region center (delhi) they forwarded to my SVC...last week meet HH engineers but all in vain....actually if SVC engineer are not fully trained then what can HH engineers do...after all work need to be done by SVC...

                Some times in my ZMR; i feel smoothness but after 2/3 days my bike start become very rough in riding then again it become smooth...

                I was using NGK Iridium from last 8/10 months...just 2 week back i have changed it to stock one...

                Can anyone advice on this.

                  Finally.. It's time.. My bike along with 3 Karizma R & 1 Yamaha Fazer will be packed and transported to Delhi via train.

                  My dream Leh ride will start from Saturday...Hopefully ZMR will rock!!!

                    Try changing the engine oil to a JASO MA2 spec 20W40...Motul 4T Plus and Yamalube are good choice ..(both are same)otherwise Gulf Pride 4T plus,Shell Ax, Valvoline are good....a wide range 10W40 is prone to heat fade compared to 20W40.....so choose 20W40 unless you live in a place where temperature is likely to drop to 4 to 5 C...

                      Will change in engine oil grade to 20W40 will resolve my problem....also how much KM these engine oil works..which one is better i.e. Motol, Yamalube..

                      As for the temperature...currently in Delhi its around 41 in day...in night it drops to 36...please advice...

                          Yes , at this hot climate your engine will benefit mucho from a 20w40 . Motul/Gulf/Elf/yamalube mineral 20w40 jaso MA/MA2 oils are all very good ; grab any . My formula - Mineral oils , buy cheaply @ 200 Rs/lit and change every 1500-2000 kms = smooth shifts & happy engine .

                            Hey guys why not go for MOTUL 3000 4T Plus 10W30 oil and stick to the recommended grade?? This way there won't be any warranty issues also...

                              I have visited the same shop for those pilot bulbs , but the owner said he don't have any now . But check in next week for it.


                              BTW guys i was planning to get 2 extra eyes for my ZMR , whether i go for 55w or 90w halogen bulbs ? As i am planning to fit them in projector so is it necessary to get the projector inside of headlight reflector ? or i can fit it outside of headlamp reflector assembly ? Is any one has idea of building a projector ?

                                Whats an difference between 10W30 and 20w40 grade oil.....

                                As for warranty, i think we should use a recommended oil only...

                                Thanks above_all...

                                As for projector it will be setup inside..and would suggest to have a single projector and it work on the current battery we have on ZMR...for two or 99w will damage your headlight reflector..
