It can be removed ....but, both wheel and brake disc being a highly stressed SAFETY part, would you like to risk your life ?The undoing of bend , if done in cold will cause stress fracture,...and if done hot will make it maleable under stress...In both cases the end result is the same...unreliable part..

--> Is that only the wheel bent or still the fork gives me the issue as i am suffering from severe shoulder pains
Your alignment is off , and your bike may be pulling to one side, causing stress on your system as you constantly counter it.The bad part can be anything from the forks, to T stem to damaged cone set,to handle bar stay to the handle bar itself.get a qualified good mech., to evaluate your bike.

From you experts i think it is better to go a new part for My and My bike safety.
Any one from Bangalore can suggest me where exactly can i check regarding the wobbling issue so they give me the valuable suggestion ?

      • Celebrating BIRTHDAY of ZMR

Yes completed ONE year today. Got my Bike last year on 16-May-2010.

Had my Bike serviced yesterday, TENTH servicing @ 11,000 kilometres.

Spent around Rs 1,17,000/- for Bike & Accessories including Helmet, Gloves etc.
Spent around Rs 16,837/- for Fuel.
Spent around Rs 15,965/- for Servicing, Engine Oil etc. including accident expenses.
Mileage consistently around 38-40 kmpl in City conditions.
Never done a long trip. May be planning to do it around end May-2011.

Moved to SEMI SYNTHETIC yesterday. Using 5100 Motul 15W50.

Probably having the best riding experience now. Excellent smoothness & no vibes. Just amazing. Never felt so good to drive.
34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

It just feels so good to listen to the experiences.

One thing more, my neighbor also have a zmr, he clocked 20k kms. The bike is around 2-2.5 years(Since launch) with him, yesterday he said that his FI got problem and had to be replaced and it might be costing him around 15-20k bucks.
Dont you think that 20k kms is too less for a high performance bike life like this is?
anyone clocked more than this? if yes --> then what is the major problem faced?

            Neeraj,

Probably the Bike is not that old since ZMR was launched somewhere in Sep-2009, IIRC.
But AFAIK it costs somewhere around 10,000 INR.

Yes one thing I have understood in this ONE year is that

The BIKE needs lot of care and affection not a typical Fill It, Shut It, Forget It Bike

Another interesting thing is that each and every Bike has its own problem.
One is due to luck and another due to riding pattern and road conditions.

So I consider, this is difficult to say whether Justified or not regarding Fuel Injector Problem.

As for me, I have changed Disc Pads front TWICE within 11,000 kilometres.

Matter of fact I do no hard brake or power drive a lot.
Rather almost everyone overtakes me. I am more of a relaxed driver.

                  • Hello guys , got my Karizma ZMR couple of days bike and i am happy as never before .

Gears are a bit not easy to switch but i guess that is because its new , only problem i am facing is to get the gear to neutral , takes a while coz when i try to get it down from 2nd gear to neutral it goes into 1st and when i try to pick up from 1st , it goes into 2nd gear , but eventually i manage to get it done . My question is , does this happen everytime , or is it because its still new and the gear movement is a bit not very smooth ?

Congrats...initially you may feel shifting of gears a little hard.....changing to neutral will be hard...make it proper oil lubricate..

congrats for your new black devil..its a common problem in ZMR's to find neutral while engine is on, after switching the engine off you'll find neutral easily..later it'll become just a bit easy to find neutral but moreover you'll get used to it very soon
