After searching a lot for performance mods...i figured there aren't much option rather than a K&N and a ECU remap...so i called a guy who services superbikes here in pune to try and remap my ECU system...till then i have another mod in mind....i wont give it away but heres a sneak peak!

planning to go for bi xenon projector and a biggier battery for my zmr this month . I have a few questions in my mind
1. Cn zmr stock battery take the load of these projectors?
2.what are the pros and cons of bi xenon ?
3. Which battery to buy ? How much volts ?
4.which company's bi xenon shud i go for ?
5.what shud i keep in mind while making these mods ?
6. Will it void the warrenty of my bike ?

Plzzz enlighten me wid ur valuable thoughts

1) No cant take it...after sometime you will face the after effects!

2) Pros...better lighting...looks...cons....hole in your pocket...battery
issues...battery issues will lead to starter problems or more cant say

3) someone made a post before about a amaron Green battery or something! pls refer!

4) i think theres only one person who sells them...there was some video about it on youtube...do refer to that! many people have use those company mods!

5) Be ready to face some or the other problem...no electronic is perfect...modding it on top of it will have some or the other loose ends...might just happen in a days time or might happen after a year...my Cars HID costed me 53,000 Rs for my Accord...fog lights shot out in 2 days time...so you never know whats gonna happen!

6) i dunno if it will void but i am leaning towards yes...it will...also when you do these mods...and when you give the bike for servicing...the extra parts like the ballasts and all get moved/touched by the servicing people...and also those pressure wash guns tend to ruin some wiring...you can avoid the pressure wash but cant say what can happen during the time ur fairing opens for servicing!

ZMR has the best alternators among any Indian made bikes. It can pump upto 232w 19amps of power. So you can run atleast 3 HID's together (I am running two). And your battery won't cry unless your battery is old or you run a lot in bumper to bumper with 2 HID or more HID's. One HID is absolutely fine using 24/7.

There is a guy called Ranjith in xbhp, he too sells them. Please check Lights section.

53000rs for just HID ? Or was it including the Projector/headlight assembly ?

Pressure wash is not a problem though. But one thing I observed, here in Bangalore service people are least bothered to open fairing. So everything is safe. And warranty, its purely dealer dependent. In Bangalore they them-self promote and install HID's. Business you see

I too faced the same problem, but after 7k kms. the SVC guy said the same thing that tappet loose. but after tightening the tappets also the noise remain so the SVC guy told me need to change the Cam Shaft of engine, so they changed it, after that the noise was totally gone, but again i am facing the same noise, i went back to SVC, they said tappet loose, then they fixed it, but i am still not satisfied as i am still hearing the noise....

. For sometime i am noticing that my front tyre is slipping can unbalancing be the problem ? Where should i go to check balancing of my zmr ?

Well sorry my experience is different from what you are saying. No offense meant !

Unbalancing can cause your bike wobble,slipping may be due to your front tire wear.Which is your front tire and how old is it?
