    Does anyone has an idea of what's wrong?? I don't hear any tappet noise either..

    Are you talking about riding in traffic, if you are, that is common...if not better some experts talk on this!

      If you use more clutch..and drive in bumper to bumper traffic..then engine heats up..its for all bikes...in ZMR you can feel more due to fairing..heat does not get passes through narrow and surrounded area of fairing.....

        @Dan
        I would Like to add that this thing is pretty normal (in slow speeds n clutch engagement n all). If you further want a solution, try Fully Synthetic oil... Less friction = Less heat

          apply some refined oil over the stain with dry cloth or cotton. or you could use ur fingers too. keep the bike in sun for 10-15 min(this won't damage paint or shine)
          then rub the glue off with dry cloth, you might have to stroke it several times in one perticular direction to remove it off, but it'll work for sure.
          Source:tried and tested over several vehicals
          An Alternate is to buy Surgical Spirit from pharmacy,and apply it over affected area with cotton.Keep the spirit soaked cotton on the area for a minute and then try removing the glue with the cotton itself..it will come off without much problem...The spirit is safe on all surfaces...

          • When i release accelerator there is "Khatarrrr" like sound comes from front , Checked all screws , number plate but everything is tight . So i opened the fairing , side pannels , petrol tank & then refitted all , it took around 4 hours & lost 1 liter of petrol from the pipes connected to the fuel pumps. But the sound is still there . Now i doubt it is from engine like tappet or anyother but not sure.

            Today done some insane testing in the red rpm area , in 1st gear it's like engine is going to off , same in 2nd gear , in 3rd gear nothing like that , in 4th gear touched 100kmph on speedo but there comes some vibrations from the footrest , in 5th gear i am not able to touch redline as the road comes to end , but upto it speed is 120 kmph, no vibrations from anywhere .

                Guess the O-Ring is the culprit,No O-Ring in stock?

                          Yes Both ZMA and ZMR have same engine,..except for PGMFi and oil cooler...If the nut is not damaged then use Three Bond Liquid Gasket to seal the leak ...

                            I am not sure if nut is damage; but my SVC has ordered the nut and o ring to change...

                              Its better to change both at same time.
