@Mzee_Maverik: same exact problem with me dude...

@veryhiphop: should I try any other engine oils???
Saturday went to SVC to check my ZMR....after inspection, technician said that there is no problem in engine/sound...he said engine foundation rubber need to change and some bolts are loose...he adjust the engine bolts...and when i ride; feel smoothness in riding.... although from engine sound i am still not satisfied...but there is quite good improvement after the adjustments...

He also suggest to have an dumper rubber in rear wheel in next service...

which foundation rubber? where it is installed? engine bolts? kindly elaborate. i think due to these rubbers and bolts, im experiencing vibrations @ 3.5-4k rpm. the vibs are only at the left foot rest and nowhere else.

                • Well has a ride of a 350kms with a friends P220. even after 25kms ZMR engine starts to get hot, too hot that I could not even put my hand close to the engine. But, at the same time, P220 engine was a lot cooler, could touch it with bare hands.. Means, the cooling system is better on P220??&$#??

Do you guys have any clue as why this happens?? Is this a common scenario with ZMR??

I had this issue from the first day, but unfortunately srvice ppl have no clue. I think the oil cooler doesnt work, may be.. and service ppl dont know how to check the oil circulation too..

I bought this bike for touring mainly, I do a lot of touring, cannot do it anymore with this engie heat which I suspect will lead to troubles associaled with valves later.

I use 20W40 mineral oil too.. This heat i blowing me, Please suggest your views..

You can use a NGK part no: DPR8EIX...

You will feel little bit of power on acceleration...fuel economy will improve by 3/4 KM if you ride of an longer KMs...

That might be due to battery problem, just confirm with service and if the battery is faulty get a xerox of the battery warranty page & letter from service go to the exide showroom and get a new battery.
