After cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricate with Grade 90 oil....
Buy hard bristle toothbrush for 18 Rs ... kafi hai , SAE /EP 90 gear oil is good ( castrol / BP ) . psr'jee also recommends wheel-bearing grease after the oil ... which I found to be very good really , keeps the oil in and eliminates chain noise totally .

I turned back halfway went to the service and by this time the sound is gone! The mechanic there told that it is the sound from the disc pads and he cleaned them, then once again yesterday evening the sound came back. It didn't stop this time, my friend took it to a local mechanic whos a friend and he told that it is because the pads are not fitted properly last time and the are not in the correct angle and hence the sound and even the wear is uneven, I did not see this but my friend told me so.. My feeling is that the problem is with the bearings but the sound is similar to worn out disc pads and my disc pads are only 2000Kms old! Please share your views what could be the sound!
Failed bearing will also make a very similar screeching gritty ruckus ... spin wheel by hand with bike in mainstand , and try to locate the noise . If in doubt replace the bearings ... it's about 200 bucks only for the two . Sorry for your broken trip .. too bad yaar .

It comes all the time I have taken it to showroom and mechanic is saying if the bearing is gone there will also be wobble, I will check it for 2 more days and replace the bearings too!

Ok, then also check for the front disc plate, does it have scratches. If it have then check for brake pad...

When an brake pad is worn-out; disc pad start touching to disc plate and makes a noise...
