Looks awesome. Thanks for the pics. I have been quoted 4.5k for Pirelli SD and 2.9k for M45. I did check with other dealers for price check but they do not have these tyres.

Damn , bro i think you will gonna visit 2 , 3 times to svc between these 6 days to check what they are doingOriginally posted by yash3 View PostAfter 6 days of time taken by Hero SVC
, my ZMR was found in a corner of Workshop
, check out the Pics . nothing was done except removal of Lower fairing of both the sides
. Cause these peoples needs to be pushed by owners to get the work done. As there are around 100 bikes visit for servicing & man power is around 20 . So they can't go in deep with the bike standing alone without owner . The same thing is looked happen to your ZMR.They started work & then due to some other work / push by other owner they run there , letting you bike as it is.
If you have set up your mind to sell then what can i sayOriginally posted by yash3 View PostAfter Taking up some Snaps in my Phone the Manager and Supervisor rushed up near my ZMR and promised me that in 1 more day the bike work will be done

But i would still suggest you that visit another svc & tell them clearly the problem & what is done by the previous svc . or just email to HM corp.. That will surely help you .

Felt bad after reading the list of problems you had.Try resolving with another SVC(only main dealers not the sub dealers ) and try shooting a mail to Hero and ask the service engineer to have a look at your bike before taking any drastic steps.Originally posted by yash3 View PostAfter Taking up some Snaps in my Phone the Manager and Supervisor rushed up near my ZMR and promised me that in 1 more day the bike work will be done

Bro the SVC seems real bad . I suggest you , Meet to the owner of showroom from where you purchased bike & explain him what is happening with you . or send a email to hero moto corp & tell them in detail that what happened & ask to send a engineer to inspect & solve the problems you facing in bike & svc . or if your city doesn't have another svc then go to the nearest city which have good svc & trained mechanics.Originally posted by yash3 View Posti have Took Leave to my college and have sat there for full day

yes, email again to HM...with complete description of your problem and attitude/behavior... from the SVC guys.
I have made several complaints against my SVC to HM...and they are just following me again and again...but i did't care about them now...found new SVC...quiet satisfied with new one...

Yesterday inquired about Honda 10w30 Fully Synthetic engine oil made for CBR250...they were having it but not selling to external customers due to shortage of oil/parts....
Now i thing i need to buy Motul oil...
Rollback the chain cover, after cleaning the chain with Zorrik88...and then lubricate the chain with OKS chain spray...bike feel very light now...all done myself...
Also, please suggest guys for the brake pad..its costing 1,200....are they of NISSIN or for HM...please throw light on this...How much KM the brake pad last?

When no WD40 found anywhere here i used zorrik , it seems good , but now after using WD40 it looks that it is way better than zorrik . ( Might be the zorrik i got is duplicate )Originally posted by veryhiphop View PostYesterday inquired about Honda 10w30 Fully Synthetic engine oil made for CBR250...they were having it but not selling to external customers due to shortage of oil/parts....

When i changed my brakepads on 1500 km they are in packing of HeroHonda & made by nissin . & cost is somewhat near 1000 rupees but i haven't noted cause the previous one are irregular in shape so svc changed it .

Shortage of oil ?!! This one's having you , try at some other Honda dealer .. some dealers have this policy of not allowing OTC sales while others don't care as long as you pay . i've faced this strange variation of attitude with different HH dealers . One HH dealership flatly refused to sell me the HH 4t oil unless I let him fill my bike with it too , then & there .. LOLOriginally posted by veryhiphop View PostYesterday inquired about Honda 10w30 Fully Synthetic engine oil made for CBR250...they were having it but not selling to external customers due to shortage of oil/parts....

. Also , every bike/car manufacturer has atleast one designated authorised parts-stockist shop in every city ... you just have to find out who that guy is for Honda in your city . He'll have it and gladly sell .
WD-40 is 80%+ kerosene/mineral spirit . I'll bet zorrik etc would be 90% + . For chain ... just use kerosene on a toothbrush .. my two paisa of thought .Originally posted by Above_All View PostWhen no WD40 found anywhere here i used zorrik , it seems good , but now after using WD40 it looks that it is way better than zorrik . Best chain clean process i found on searching google is that clean with kerosine oil...with a tooth brush or a Grunge Brush (Finish Line - Bicycle Lubricants and Care Products) ...also available on ebay at approx 800 Rs..
After cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricate with Grade 90 oil....

As others said send a detailed mail to Hero moto and also next time make sure you screw the happiness of service manager. Ask him if he has ever heard about Consumer Court.Originally posted by yash3 View Posti have Took Leave to my college and have sat there for full day

Guys some insights needed, my bikes front wheel is making a scrapping noise, last sunday this happened in the middle of a ride and it is cancelled! I turned back halfway went to the service and by this time the sound is gone! The mechanic there told that it is the sound from the disc pads and he cleaned them, then once again yesterday evening the sound came back. It didn't stop this time, my friend took it to a local mechanic whos a friend and he told that it is because the pads are not fitted properly last time and the are not in the correct angle and hence the sound and even the wear is uneven, I did not see this but my friend told me so.. My feeling is that the problem is with the bearings but the sound is similar to worn out disc pads and my disc pads are only 2000Kms old! Please share your views what could be the sound! All the wise men of the world are called wise only after they spoke their mind, so dont keep the ideas to yourselves!
