  • Finally the reason of the sound from my front wheel is analysed by a mechanic who is suggested by one of our xBhpians in Hyderabad, it is not with the pads or the bearings as I thought but its because the Disc itself is bent, this I highly suspect happened after my last service may be due to some mishandling of the bike at service as she has to stay there overnight!

@above_all: may be some wire got disconnected, or moisture seeped!

Last night it is working very good . Also there are around 6/7 liter of petrol as it is showing 4 bars. Bike starting without problem , no sign on low battery , What might be the problem ?
Ok, the disc is main culprit...it cost 1,400

Check the fuse too..i am not sure if there is separate fuse for fuel or other features of meter console..

Go to number plate maker...they have a solution to remove, you can also do it yourself, by applying a soap and by rubbing with a soft cloth..but since its a fuel tank upper part...stretches can some if rubbing hard...

very simple suggestion for th sticker glue you've got left behind on the tank:
apply some refined oil over the stain with dry cloth or cotton. or you could use ur fingers too. keep the bike in sun for 10-15 min(this won't damage paint or shine)
then rub the glue off with dry cloth, you might have to stroke it several times in one perticular direction to remove it off, but it'll work for sure.
Source:tried and tested over several vehicals
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

                              • Guys, I'm facing an overheating issue with the ZMR, even with a 5km run engine gets hot so much.. Bike has done close to 4k kms on odo. Switched to 20W40 oil but still engine does overheat but rest is more refined now.

Does anyone has an idea of what's wrong?? I don't hear any tappet noise either..
