    Good choice bro Congrats !!!
the indicator not blinking is not an issue don't worry about it . there is a small pin connected to indicators and it must have been detached (happened with me one time ). BTW which color did you booked ?? and what was the Km reading on ODO ?
    I don't brake rules , I merely test their elasticity ;)

I had booked my Zmr on 26th Sept and got a call today from HH showroom, that she has arrived. I asked my bro to pick me up from office and we both arrived at the showroom to check it. Wow!! was truly pleased that I chose it over CBR...it looks Magnanimous . As suggested by XBHPites, checked for scratches, rough edges, color issues etc but didn't observe any. Placed myself on the bike and voila, both my feet touched flat on the ground (Being 5ft 8in was worried abt the same, yes my 92 kgs self helped too). Started the bike in neutral and listened to the pleasant engine humming. Checked the gorgeous console and Awesome..Is all I felt. However, I did observe that the front left indicator was glowing but not blinking and the rear left indicator was not glowing at all. Brought this to HH guy's notice, he said he will get that fixed by tomorrow. I literally threatened the HH guys not to allow anyone else to touch my bike as I will be collecting my Zmr on 24th Oct (Dhanteras).

What all (Manual, Docs, Tools) do I need to collect from the showroom when i take my beauty home on 24th. HH guy says he will get my Zmr, her first teflon coat for the 24th.
Congrats bro , i suggest you to go through this thread http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/universa...ke-polish.html you will know that the svc guys make fool , teflon coating is not possible for them.....

Bad Quality Fuel. Dont ever go the petrol bunk where after filling this incident occurred.

                No need to do that.

NGK Iridium wont increase your bikes power or mileage,Riding at slower speeds with iridium will reduce your mileage and if you always ride over 120kmph,then iridium is a good choice.IMO never go for iridium,Another wastage of money.

Are you sure its because of bad fuel coz that bunk is one of the best of the city . I don't think that here fuel is causing problem .

adulterated fuel always creates a problem in Fi bikes/car...make sure that you fill petrol from a trusted petrol stations...

No, the oil cooler will always be little bit cooler than engine coz not all the heat will be transmitted to cooler... But if there's much difference in temperature, there may be oil circulation problem... You can disconnect the oil cooler and blow air from one end of pipe, if oil comes out easily from other side, your oil cooler does not have any blockage.. Otherwise it does have one...

Engine used to get heat-up during running...whether its bike or car...

see cars..they have a bigger radiator (coolant) to cool down engine...still the engine and bonnet get hot....since ZMR is not a liquid cool engine ...engine and parts get heat-up in excessive use of clutch and bumper to bumper traffic...and we may feel lot heat sometimes because heat does not come out from fairing part .....otherwise its normal...and its for all faired bikes...

Yep bro, I also think the same way, but I don't have the sufficient tools to disconnect oil pump from the cooler and also no experience doing it too.., Anyways thanks for the sugession bro..

Yep, it does heat up, but the problem is engine heats up very fast, even during constant speed highway runing, without use of the breaks or clutch and withot traffic at all.. And can feel the heat even within 5kms riding.. And can feel it on the feet, tank and space between the handle and the tank too.. So I guess it is a excessive heat, overheat..

Anyway I will somehow get the oil cooler check from the service. And by the color of the spark plug I think the engine is runnig lean too.. How can we get the engine tuned to a slightly more rich mixture??

Maybe first of all you should try and check with other ZMR... Maybe it's just psychological... You'll feel it when you pay attention to it... If it's not, you must force SVC guys to check oil circulation or ask them to arrange another oil cooler to check and feel the difference...

Yes my bro advised against teflon coat for now and asked the svc guys to just give her a wash.

Yep, the indicators are now fixed The ODO shows 1 KM. My Zmr is Spot Light White.

Guys, what all things should I collect along with the bike. eg (Manual, Tools etc). Will the manual contain the manufacture date

                              • Well, I recently changed my stock pilot bulbs in my ZMR to 20 SMD LED bulbs, they were awsom with bright white light..

But after around an hour ride in the night, the inner side of the glass of the headlamp assembly, around the pilot bulb area hes been discolored.. Now it has a whitish shade or mist like discoloration.. And it is quite a heavy, thick whitish discoloration too.

So I switched back to the stock halogen bulbs, couldn't figure out what was wrong, what caused the discoloration of the glass(the reflactor surface is fine)..

And the funny thing is that discolored area can be wiped out, tried with a screwdriver wrapped with a thin cloth, but cannot do it properly coz the opening through the pilot bulb hole is so small that neither a finger nor any other tool can be inserted through the bulb hole..

Everytime I look at the head light, damn... Really worried about it..

Have you guys experience this with these SMD LEDs?? What hapened there, any clue?? Should I continue using the SMDs hoping that discoloration will dissappear??

                                Thanks..
